I brought in two pictures -- one to show the shape and color I wanted, and another for the design -- and he worked so hard to give me exactly what I had in mind. He checked in with me multiple times to make sure the shape was just right and even measured them carefully to ensure they matched perfectly on both hands. He was very meticulous and detailed when creating the design, and it truly shows in the final result. On top of that, he was so friendly and professional. I was very impressed…read more However, David, gave such a rude experience...for the first time in my life I left a nail salon unfinished and shaken up. Anytime I said that he was hurting me, or if I preferred my nails shorter, he would turn his whole body away look up roll his eyes and huff at me. Mind you, he never asked my preference for shape or length, so it's fair for me to express. I kept saying things like I am sorry my nails are so fragile, I just can't have them that long or they will rip. I also already have rips in the thumbs so I wanted my nails cut lower and cut them off. He wanted to glue them, I said no, please cut my nails shorter so it's cut off. I explained too much in fact. He fought me on it multiple times. And by the time he finally cut my nails shorter...he still didn't cut off the tear and was angry when I said please can you cut them shorter. I apologized, which I should not have to apologize for requesting a shorter length. He wanted to use the electric tool to file the entire old gel polish off. I have never seen that in my entire life used to entirely get all of the gel off without product. Either way I said I'm sorry it burns and hurts too much. This upset him more. The entire process he would get more and more upset and would turn away his rolling chair, look to the back or the sky and huff at me again. Rolling his eyes. What ended it is that I colored matched my nails to my toes. With only gel on my hands and regular on my toes. He had put a little bottom gel coat down and went to paint my finger nails. Of course sometimes the gel doesn't match. I picked a purple for my toes and the hands came out pink. A completely different color. I said I do not want pink on my hands can we just switch to regular polish. And he just was over it and escalated more and got up out of his chair and walked off in a huff shaking his head, heavily breathing. I finally calmly told him he has been so rude to me the entire time and I am very uncomfortable, I want to be done. Normally, I would quickly pick a different gel color, but because anytime I spoke up he was angry with me...I said just do the regular gel. I wanted out of there. I can appreciate if it messes with the process. I've never done that before, so I don't know. But he was completely unprofessional, mean, and disrespectful. The other women said it would be just fine to switch later so... I don't know. Either way you don't belittle another human being with your actions and behavior. I really hope the owner takes this experience to retrain David and that he does not treat women like this moving forward. I say women because I know no man would put up with him as long as I did. The women were very apologetic and said someone else will take over. He was weirdly staring at me from the back of the store, then came up walking towards me and past me. Just to walked right to the back again and started working on towels in my eye line. Super weird right. Your girl's skin was crawling! I kept saying I was uncomfortable and I wanted to leave and they did not want me to go. But once I settled, I said charge me for all you have done so far I am leaving. They didn't charge me for the work done towards the manicure. And they had me write a note for the owner. If you end up with David--/don't like him treat you like I did... nip it in the bud right out the gate.

Every time I have walked in there, it's a chaotic mess, unclean, disorganized, packed in, and so hurried. the last time I was there, I went with my mom and SIL. my mom and I got mani/pedis and my SIL gel nails. first off, they are extremely overpriced for what you get and that's IF you get the services from their menu actually done. The lady that did my nails was distracted, talking to her co worker, looking around constantly. I chose the luxury pedi and classic massage. She only did it for 10 minutes instead of 16 like the menu stated. used the wrong color on my nails, did a half-butt job for $75! my classic pedi at $35 was an absolute joke, the massage if you can call it that lasted 1 maybe two minutes. and seriously a child could have painted the clear polish I asked for on my nails better. i didn't even ask her to cut my cuticles and she still did a poor job of filing/cleaning them up. I have no clue why I tipped her as much as I did. there needs to be way better management of the place, they need to actually clean it , sanitize it snd organize it (it's so gross and discombobulated in there), and the staff needs to be trained properly and held accountable for their work. (be consistent with the treatments/do the things on the menu that people are paying for), stop getting distracted and not concentrating on the job at hand. maybe have the staff wear uniforms so we know who's who. the only saving grace was that my mom got a really good lady, Haley to do her mani/pedi. she was wonderful to my mom and took her time. if only all the staff were like haley. anyway, not ever going back there again. too many bad experiences to pay much money for.

Her prices are a bit high which is why I tried the other places first. But I've found that if you pay $30 for a lash fill, it looks like a cheap lash fill. I've taken classes in lash extensions myself so I know what you're NOT supposed to do when applying lash extensions. FYI: if your extensions are stuck to your eyelid, placed too high above the base of your natural lash, stuck to neighboring extensions, or sticking out in all different directions, you're getting a bad lash job and it can actually cause damage to your natural lashes. I've seen Jackie at Longmi and will go see her again today.
