But I spoke with the owner and they are such kind people and listen to your recommendations. The owner and his son's love for food is apparent in their cooking, and they seem to value their customers thoughts and opinions on their food. I ordered the fish & chips with an extra piece of fish, plus an order of their coleslaw. The food came quick and it was screamin' hot and tasty. That cod is EXCELLENT; so flavorful with a light, crispy coating. You can have your choice of "sauces" for your fish; anything from traditional tartar, Thai sweet chili, Ranch, plenty to choose from. The fries were equally exceptional - super crispy, hot, with the perfect amount of salt. The coleslaw comes with a cool, Asian-fusion-style sesame-ginger dressing that really knocks it out of the park. This whole meal was just right for the two of us and at a VERY reasonable price - which is almost unheard of with a food truck.
