That cod is EXCELLENT; so flavorful with a light, crispy coating. You can have your choice of "sauces" for your fish; anything from traditional tartar, Thai sweet chili, Ranch, plenty to choose from. The fries were equally exceptional - super crispy, hot, with the perfect amount of salt. The coleslaw comes with a cool, Asian-fusion-style sesame-ginger dressing that really knocks it out of the park. This whole meal was just right for the two of us and at a VERY reasonable price - which is almost unheard of with a food truck. There's no way we could've gotten this same level of good food at that price at a sit-down restaurant.
