Dr. Guzman was adamant that this can happen & that I had signed paperwork acknowledging that, and that she would not offer any type of refund, or reparative services for permanent damage caused. This was a mistake made by a practitioner that was new to the machine, & the way it was handled was just awful. They offered zero acknowledgement of fault, or support to the client. SHAME ON THEM.
