The room was clean and quiet. There was ample space to work, decent free internet, in-room coffee, refrigerator and microwave. Various places to eat and stores nearby made it convenient. The staff seemed very nice. The evening receptionist was very nice and helpful with my various keycard issues. (Sorry, forgot his name. Begins with an M.) My only issue was the air conditioning. It was noisy and did not maintain temperature consistently.

Lorraine and Aubry also recognize me when I come in and always say hi also. Makes me feel like an appreciated customer to the arcade. Staff has always been friendly to me, especially when I've had some issues with the games not working properly. They are always quick to come over and try to fix it. This makes if fun to come here and play my favorite games.

They have games where you can play for tickets if you want, and they have games that you can play just for the fun of it. My favorite is the carnival-style water shooter game, where you compete against someone to see who can fill up the tank with a water gun first. The prizes are pretty much what you would expect from an arcade. It's geared towards kids, so they obviously have prizes for kids, but you can still get candy or other little trinkets that are alright. All in all, I love coming here. The only criticism I have is the location, but that's not really the arcade's fault. It's located in a dead/dying mall, so there's no good food. Maybe Charlies Sandwiches but thats it. You can't pause playing and just grab a quick bite to eat. You have to leave the mall and then come back. But if they relocated somewhere else, the rent might be more expensive, so I don't blame the arcade for its location. It's just something you have to keep in mind when visiting.

I thought that I knew a few tricks and have seen a lot of magicians, so naively believed I am may pick up a thing or two. Boy was I wrong! He was so smooth and completely amazed our crowd. Everybody kept talking about his performance long into the night and the following days. Not only were the tricks great, the performance aspect was superb. It was…read morea fellow customer. 3 customers sitting in the row infront of me talking on there phone after the movie started. He was having a full on conversation and not whispering. They were told to stop by the manager on duty, but as soon as he left they'd start up again. Another customer reported them and I reported twice. Unfortunately everytime the manager came in to check in thrm, they weren't talking loud. The Podium employee Beau was very friendly and welcoming when I walked up to show him my ticket QR code on my phone. He made me feel like an appreciated customer. He and the manager I belive did the best they could to make my movie experience a goid one even with the talking customers during the movie. Beau was very apologetic that this incident was happening. Had a nice chat with him after the movie.

Always surprised to see something still operating in malls that have long been graveyards. I went to a matinee showing- so not busy but a bit slow moving. Service was friendly enough and while stalls were without toilet paper before the first movie even began, areas at least appeared clean. The reclining lounger is what will continue to bring me back to the Tracy theater (whenever I end up finding another movie worth a theater visit)- especially for some of the ones with longer run times. I like that you don't feel like you have people sitting right on top of you on either side and no one lingering directly behind.
