I reached out to several companies to get quotes and the owner Gavin was quick to reply. I was able to drop my knives off and pick them up the same day. The knives were neatly packaged with the edges protected making them easy to transport. One of the knives even had a broken tip that they were able to repair for no extra charge. You can tell the work is done with care and real skill. Everything feels sharper and better balanced, like they're brand new again. He was able to take them from butter knives back even better quality than when I first purchased them. Pricing was extremely fair, especially for the quality and quick turnaround. Super pleased with the whole experience. I'll definitely be back next time my blades need a tune-up. Highly recommend!
