Wonderful massage chairs, even a secret foot massager under the rest that they use prior to color application. Good selection of colors or bring your own. Even on the base pedicure the massage your legs and feet wonderfully! The color application is fabulous - they go all the way to the cuticle, not short cuts to get you back sooner! After your pampering, they have a table for letting your color dry, and while there you get a neck and back massage and then a final application of their quick dry stuff. I had purchased a groupon for this business to give them a try. I purchased a shellac mani and a reg pedi. I am finished and getting ready to leave out the front door and the lady says i owe her $20. I ask her why as i have a groupon for a shellac mani and reg pedi which is EXACTLY what i got. Well she said my groupon didn't cover the shellac...which is clearly said it did, so she said i owed her $20. So as to not cause a scene i paid her the $20 even though that amount was not owed. I gave her a $50 and she gives me back $15. I tell her that she owes me $30 back as the total was $20 and i gave her a $50. She just looks at me like, 'oh yea'. All the ladies in the business were so friendly and professional. Jenny did my nails and she was absolutely amazing and did an AMAZING job on my nails. I am upgrading my review. My daughter and I came back and I had Naia. She was very thorough and gave a great massage. The manager checked on us several times which was very nice!! Thanks for a great pamper day!! When we first came here we loved this place but it has gone downhill fast. They sell packages so I bought 12 mani/pedis. Ever since then we are treated like pariahs. The 40 minute pedi turned into 25 minutes and if there is a walk in they get treated better than us. Today broke the straw and I will be forfeiting five mani/pedis. I would rather pay top dollar than treat my daughter to a substandard day of pampering. Here is the story. I made an appointment for 12:30 for my daughter and I. We were getting a keratin treatment that was supposed to last 10 to 15 minutes. The boots get hot and my daughter was very uncomfortable. A walk-in came in and the person who was doing my daughter started doing her pedi. 27 minutes later I asked the girl if she was going to finish my daughter. She gave a free treatment to the walk in and apologized to her for making her wait???? My daughter and I had been there for almost an hour and she had to go to work at 2:30. My situation was similar as a walk-in wanted a polish change and I I had to wait for that. I sat there upset and rehashing what happened which made for a frustrating 1 1/2 hour. This is so sad because finding time with my daughter much less time for pampering is so hard and so precious. read more

Came here with my friends and I absolutely loved my pedicure. The ladies here are so polite, thorough, and very detailed oriented. They take their time and they even throw a nice massage! I used a groupon for a mani/pedi for two. I took a friend, and overall, it was a good experience. The manicurist gave did a very nice job, and the experience was relaxing. The groupon was confusing to me, as I thought it was for shellac, but apparently just for "long-lasting" polish. I got a basic pedicure for $30 but let me tell you, it was amazing, the nice lady took her time and massaged forever long! She never hurt me and did everything I was expecting and more!! I went in to soak off my acrylic nails done at a previous salon. After repeatedly soaking and wiping away the dissolving acrylic, the nail technician then took out a fake nail tip and started to wedge it between my real nail and the remaining acrylic, which can damage your nails and should never be done. She ended up breaking my natural nail that took me 3 months to grow out but reassured me it could be fixed with silk wraps. I was already angry she had broken my nail but on top of that she charged me for the silk wrap which I only got because she broke my nail. The silk wrap was also done poorly. Will never return to this salon again. read more

I like this place and as busy as they are, it's perplexing to me that their nail polish is gooey. I brought my own BRAND new bottle last time but she used a gooey base coat so it looked awful and took FOREVER to dry. SO next time I'll bring in all 3.... base coat, color, and top coat..... irritating but they're nice, have decent prices, and give great massages. read more

I received the green tea pedi and was truly impressed with the detail and thoroughness off the service. My feet feel and look great. My technician was meticulous about all aspects. I typically pay approx $40 for a traditional pedi and paid a little extra for the callus removing and green tea wrap. Wow was it worth it! Horrible!!! I love Groupon so I can check out a business before I am fully committed ... That's what got me in the door. I had two separate experiences. Both the same. I went back after the first.. 1. Giving them the benefit of the doubt 2. I had already paid for it I called for an appointment because the Groupon States it's required Both trips in I waited for at least 15 minutes Then they start.. But they don't turn anyone away as they walk in the door.. Not sure why I had to make an appointment So they hurry up with you and get the next person started. Then back and forth and several technicians They are grumpy.. Not happy and not friendly. I can image they are tired and hungry Last night my mani pedi took three hours They rushed through the manicure.. It was past closing time... Which made me very late for dinner They We're sloppy and actually filed skin away on my fingers. I have gel.. They left the foil on for so long it was Burning My nails are sloppy and a mess Not worth the money I paid for the Groupon.. Of course I I won't return and pay full price. Not worth my time.. Worst manicure, she cut my nails so short they are sore for 2 days so far. My cuticles bled because she took too much skin off my nails. When I wash my hands it burns, never been in so much pain. Plus I am 3 months pregnant and I hope it doesn't get worse. Do not go there, Groupon or not. read more

I used to love this place. The first nail salon I loved and frequented since moving to Denver. I recommended it to all my friends and really anyone who would listen. However after going back today after a long intermission I have to change my rating and here is why. My pedicure seemed to go well but I think by the time she got to my full set she was either annoyed that I wasn't just getting a manicure or just annoyed in general but either way kept breathing hard and was clearly not happy. At one point she insulted the shape of my nails which I thought was unprofessional and rude. For their prices you expect exceptional service and friendly staff and that is what you used to get. Was a great experience! I went in for a pedicure and they have a ton of options to choose from. I went with a slightly upgraded one and got the Voche (not sure that is spelled correct) pedicure. It was fantastic! I will definitely get it again the next time. I love this place mostly because they give you extra long massages! I've been some places where I pay $45 and they barley rub my feet. Worst mani-pedi ever!!! There are multiple technicians doing the work on you. Sloppy jobs all the way through. I had to tell the lady who painted my nails that the nail polish didn't reach the edges, nor started evenly at the top and she kept going over the drying nail polish that it formed thick uneven lumps/ ridges. I told her to take it off (it was disgusting- my 8 yr old daughter does a better job). She then calls her supervisor who tells me that my nails are uneven is why it looks like that! She however sends another technician who does a slightly better job but very unsatisfactory. I went home removed the polish and did it over myself. I made an appointment about a month ago for January 15, 2018. I requested the appointment be for two people for a manicure and pedicure. I expressed that it was for my sisters birthday and that we wanted to do the manicure and pedicure together at the same time. They advised me that this would be no problem and the appointment was set for 2 PM. My sister and I arrived and every technician was busy with a customer. They did not get us sat down and started until 2:30 PM. That's 30 minutes later and they started on my sister. I did not have someone start with my pedicure until 15 minutes later. That's 45 late. I was really hoping this wasn't going to happen to us as it has happened before in the past at other nail salons. The whole idea is to do it together and experience it together and have sister time. I'm tired of nail salons not turning people down that are walkins because they are greedy for their money and screw the people over who have appointments. I also want to add that my pedicure was so bad that when I went home I had to file my own feet to smooth them down. Seriously the worst ever. My manicure...... she never soaked my fingers and she did not smooth out the skin surrounding my nails. The dry dead skin. I haven't had a satisfactory shellac the past two times I've gotten one! The first one started to peal almost immediately so I went back in the next day and while they redid my nails, the manicurist blamed me for not putting my hand in the dryer correctly??? When I tried to explain the technician only did 3 coats when she applied the shellac she didn't really apologize and was extremely curt. I did go back a couple weeks ago to get another shellac since I had received a gift certificate as a Christmas gift. The same thing happened - my nails started chipping and pealing almost immediately! I'm never going back!!! Please don't waste your money here! read more

A nightmare on many levels. First, I had an appt at 3:30 and didn't get seen until 50 minutes later. They finally put me in a chair and my feet in the pedi bath which eventually was cold. The pedicure was a glorified polish change. After the marginal pedi they moved me to a manicure station where I had to wait 10 minutes while they cleaned up the pedicure station. They put my hands in water and I had to wait AGAIN for another person to do my manicure. Another 10 minutes. To add insult to injury, the manicurist made a deep cut on my finger when trimming my cuticles. My finger is swollen and painful and I am nursing it back to health with Neosporin hoping I don't get cellulitis. read more

Have gone there for a few years, quality has gone down hill. We won't go there again. Last week, my friend and I had appts. for pedicures/manicures (booked weeks ago), and when we got there only one of us was started and the other one just sat in the pedicure chair for over 40 minutes. When they finally got to my nails, the gal gruffly filed them all down to nothing as she stood next to my pedicure chair. I was so disappointed, my nail length was pretty good when I got there! Very much NOT a relaxing experience. I do believe something was going on, staff out sick, etc. But one of us was done a full 45 minutes before the other and it was so annoying.
