I was visiting NYC from LA for the weekend and decided to try on dresses here because they have a location in Los Angeles as well. I came in not really knowing what to expect and I had no idea what kind of a dress I wanted. I was able to make an appointment just a few days before with no problem, however I wish there was a way to book online through their website like other bridal salons. Shareen's is a little bit different from your average bridal salon. The way Shareen's bridal dresses work is that she has a bunch of sample styles that you can try on, but ultimately your dress will be custom made for your wedding, so it can be customized exactly to your liking. You can change the color of the slip, the amount of lace, the straps/sleeves etc. There is no dressing room here so you've got to be comfortable being mostly naked in front of the people you bring with you as well as your stylist! As for my appointment, my two friends and I had the place to ourselves. We didn't feel rushed at all and we got to walk around and pick out dresses and our stylist Casey also pulled some options for me as well. The dresses here are exactly what I was looking for - they feel unique and beautiful without being too formal or traditional. The style is kind of similar to BHLDN, but a little bit less boho. Our stylist, Casey, was the best stylist I've had at any bridal salon so far! She made me feel really comfortable and I felt like she really understood what I was looking for in a dress. She was easy to talk to and just made the experience so much more enjoyable. I'm so excited to go back to the LA location and try on my dress again!!

BEST WEDDING DRESS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH SHAREEN. She is an absolutely master of design, and worked with my lower-end budget quite nicely. Shareen answered the phone and made my appointment, fit me in the next day, and was gracious and searched the entire inventory for dresses that fit my desired "look" and some others that she felt would look beautiful on me. Well, she was right. Every dress she chose fit like a glove, looked lovely and classy, but had a unique touch and made me feel gorgeous and ready for my wedding. In the end I picked something in a style I had not intended, but it was *perfect*! The boutique is gorgeous inside, don't let the plain exterior of the building make you think anything else. Shareen went above and beyond in every respect, and even made me a little veil and a waist ribbon accent to go with my dress. I'll definitely be back! She is amazing!

We went in, said hello, mentioned we were looking for Indian wedding clothes. When my husband found something he wanted to try, Ruchi responded and said "you cannot try that on. You said you are just looking, not buying right?" My husband responded by saying "How could I know if I'm buying something if I don't try it on?" She reiterated that since he had stated he was "just looking" that he would not be allowed to try any clothes on. At that point we realized we would not want to shop/buy anything there so we left the store. Thankfully, across the street at Vintage India a very nice young lady assisted us and we had great success in trying on/buying several outfits as was our goal. Ruchi could not have been more rude in response to our friendly hello. It was very upsetting and unexpected. Unclear if she was racist? We are Asian American...perhaps she dislikes Chinese people? Just bizarre and have never been treated so poorly before. We will never step back into this store again!

I very politely told them that I'm leaving the store with the tuxedo or a return receipt, take your pick. Finally, the manager got involved and generated a return receipt for me. NEVER WILL I SPEND MONEY OR TIME THERE AGAIN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

If you know your garments, these are one of the cheapest material on the market actually plastic. But that's not a problem for a guy on a budget. The problem comes in when you go to the counter to check out and they tell you the bill $700 so you want me to pay $700 for plastic recycled at that. This is what these big companies are doing to people go to your local Taylor tuxedo shop and you're gonna get better quality. I could imagine if I would've picked a wool suit they probably would've told me 1500 bucks. So I told him I refuse to pay 700 for plastic and I walked out the store. I started doing some research online so I ordered the same identical suit on Amazon not for Men's Wearhouse and can you believe they were the identical suit , I paid $45? Also, they were charging me 140 for the shoes which I knew they were low quality. I found the identical shoes on Amazon for 40 bucks. The white button-down shirt they wanted charge me $70. I found it on Amazon for 15 bucks and in fact the one on Amazon was better quality as far as texture feel and look. Pay attention to what you're paying for a lot of these big companies are selling you overpriced junk

The customization process allowed me to get the rise, length, proportions and overall silhouette exactly where I wanted them, and the finished trousers fit exceptionally well. The fabric and construction are excellent, but what impressed me most is that the trousers look genuinely proportioned for me rather than simply being standard pants with extra length added. They've quickly become one of my favorite and most versatile pairs. I was so happy with the result that I've already ordered another pair using the same measurements. Excellent quality, customization and overall experience. Highly recommended, especially if standard sizing doesn't work particularly well for you. Great value.

I ordered 4 shirts for my husband last August, and 2 of them were made from their most expensive fabric. After just 3 months, one of the shirts developed a huge tear--not even at the seam, but right in the middle! I only professionally dry clean all the shirts, so it's highly unlikely this happened due to poor cleaning techniques. The shirts from other brands are holding for years. I've reached out to customer service twice (!!!) and never heard back.
