The best part of Sharetea is you can select the amount of ice and sweetness level. All beverages are one size, but it doesn't bother me. Actually there was a monthly special that came in a smaller size. Well, it looked like a smaller cup. They are also very fast! Most boba shops take awhile, but not here. You're in and out quickly. This is specific to the experience I just had. I called in an order ahead of time so it would be ready when I walked in because we're tight on time because of a newborn. When I got there, it wasn't done yet. That's fine because maybe they had a crowd before that? But for something like ten minutes, I watched them take new orders and slowly get to my ice blended drinks. At some point, one of the two workers walked off due to a shift change in the middle of the rush, I suppose. Instead of finishing the drinks, they left the ice blended mixtures in the blenders, melting for several minutes, until a new girl popped back out (meanwhile, the one worker left kept taking new orders). They then handed drinks off to the person behind me, then walked off to wash the blenders.. even though my drinks were done. I had to push for their attention to give me the drinks that were sitting and further melting. I'm not sure if you guys need to train your workers to finish drinks before taking even more orders, or if you just don't care after customers paid? All I know is that I'm not going to tip anymore for this store. Why pay for "service" ahead of time when you can't even get it? read more

Hi, As a costumer of Sharetea, I have always had a pleasurable experience at this establishment. Although Sharetea is not a mom and pop store, it still displays the same care and dedication to their drinks and policy. I found that the people that work there genuinely cared about the drinks they were making and the costumers they were serving. If any drink was made wrong, they would remake it, no questions asked. The drinks, at least for me, are always consistent in taste, and I always find something new to try on the menu. I honestly think that their drinks aren't bad at all, but some standouts to me are the Oreo Ice Blended, the Fresh Milk Black Tea, and my personal favorite, The Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea. Every time I go, it keeps getting better. The strawberry milk drink, the Okinawa milk tea, the mojitos, everything is SOOOOO good! Ugh, if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I also ordered multiple drinks cuz I was doing a boba run for my family and they gave me this cup holder that could hold up to 6 drinks. They even had a side where you could adjust the sizes to hold smaller drinks! And the holder was SOLID. I didn't have to worry about it breaking when carrying it back to the car. read more

Just how I remember it! Sharetea was a favorite for me and my family back in The Landing in Renton, WA. We have visited their Kahala location maybe 2 times tops but it has since been a while. So when I heard that they recently opened a storefront in the Waimalu Plaza Shopping Center, I immediately rushed over. I am not a big bubble tea/milktea kind of person. I enjoy it every now and then but don't normally go out of my way to drink it. This place is pretty good though.. i just went for the second time in one week. I wasn't in the area - I was at for and craving for it and went out just for this. There are several tea places in the area but this one is located in waimlau shopping plaza near safeway and it has good parking. They are also pretty quick and inside is clean. I really love how their menu lists which drunks are non caffibated so I don't mind grabbing one later in the evening or for the kids. I feel like their drinks may be in the sweet side because we got our drinks at 30 and 50% sweetness and it wa pretty sweet. I will definitely be back to try more flavors. read more

One of my favorite bubble tea place. I found them when my family had dinner at Sikdorak III next door. Love that their matcha milk tea is non dairy, which is great for me because matcha milk tea is my favorite. The store is very clean and the staff's customer service is top notch, they're knowledgeable about their drinks and you can tell they enjoy what they do. There center has a good variety of surrounding stores for groceries, hardware, office supplies, and telecommunications service. Stop by and give this place a try after you shop. read more

I don't know how to rate this place. On a normal day, the drinks are really good but they do get a bit skimpy on the boba. Taste wise i give it a 4 star!! IF they weren't skimpy on the boba, i'd give them a 5 star...My gripe about this establishment is the worker. He came in to work this past week sicker than sick!! I grossed out bcuz his nose was stuffy and runny, he sounded so bad and congested with very little energy, and then he's talking while making our drinks. Without a mask, no matter how much you try, your spit still sprays out of your mouth, into the drinks, on the boba, cups, ice.. ingredients! First time trying Sharetea and I will definitely be coming back! Was looking for a zero caffeine option the day I decided to go. I tried the wintermelon tea with fresh cream. I ended up really loving it! I know that wintermelon tea is quite popular in several boba shops and I can't believe I've never tried it. Would definitely recommend! I got the mango green tea with lychee jelly 25% sweet and it tastes very good but still a little too sweet for me.The cashier asked me about sweetness and ice level which I appreciated. This place used to be so awesome that we'd come at least once a week and we order 4-5 drinks at a time since I do have 3 kids plus myself and sometimes my other half would get a drink too. Lately however their service has gone down, workers aren't as friendly and our last 2 orders have been wrong and when I had asked they said boba was no longer included in drinks that I have to ask I never had that prior and the other was I had asked for ice cream in my drink and I did not see the worker out ice cream in and he claimed it was blended in that's why. It used to be put on top not blended. Although I really like this place and my kids do to with these last 2 incidents we're gonna look for someplace else. read more

Employees are always friendly and the drinks are so refreshing. I love the fruit teas and so does my little one! One thing that you can count on is their boba texture is always consistent. Going to any ShareTea is always great. I always love their drinks. But today, the cashier with black glasses was very unprofessional. I think her name was Audrey on the receipt? Don't know for sure. But my wife and I got off work and still was in our service uniform (doesn't really matter, yeah) but after ordering we tried to type our number in the kiosk to get some points but she told us straight up it doesn't work and we will not receive our points at all. Later on some other customers walk in and use the kiosk and sure enough it works. Another thing (this was kind of funny) there was a cockroach inside and I asked her if she had any bug spray or a broom so I could take it out but she says "Nope, FUCK THAT". I just wanted to get rid of the roach but okay...? Anyways, we ordered a Hokkaido Milk Tea with 30% sugar because my wife is pregnant and does not want to risk getting gestational diabetes. We got our milk tea but came out labeled 80% sugar. We told her that we ordered 30% but she said we can't go lower than 80% sugar level? Should've told us in the beginning as we were paying so we would've known.
