    New boba

Came here to try a boba shop that's close-ish to the med center area. From what I could tell, it was a pretty quiet, chill spot (at least at night). It's small but seems like a potential spot to work and study if you want to switch it up from coffee shops. I got the new matcha drink with sakura blossom crystal boba. It was mid, not great not bad, a pretty palatable boba drink. They have a pretty large menu though so I'm sure I'll find something else (I've liked their fresh taro milk and ginger milk tea at other locations).

Peach black tea with lychee jelly was sooo good will definitely be coming back here for this drink!

Twas a first time coming to this boba tea place! I got to try fruity one and it was pretty good as one of the staff members recommended me to get it! I got it with 50% sweetness but I could get it with 25% sweetness in my humble opinion We stayed there for a small game night and we had a good time playing card games! Fun place to be and keep up the nice vibe! Cheers

I've tried a lot of boba shops around Houston and other cities and for whatever reason this one fell flat for me. I tried the mango passionfruit tea with aloe vera (one of their top 10 orders). The sweetness at 50% was great and overall it was refreshing. However, the flavor seemed kind of artificial to me and lacking in depth of fresh passionfruit or mango I've experienced at other local shops (and even some chains). There wasn't a lot of aloe in my drink either, which I chalked up to me visiting before they closed (maybe they ran out). It wasn't a bad experience but I've had better. On the plus side, the dining area was super clean and there seemed to be plenty of seating to study or hang with friends. Also note that there is free parking on the sharetea side of the plaza, but the other side requires you to pay via an app. I'll give them another try soon.

Glad to have a sharetea nearby. It's one of my fave boba places. The inside is large and bright. Many tables, which is great. The staff is always friendly. The boba is well made. Drinks come out as expected. Overall, what you would expect from sharetea and similar to others in the city.

Absolutely loved the service here. The staff was amazing and so helpful. She answered all my questions and offered great suggestions. The menu is kinda big but the top 10 are great place to start!

Sharetea is okay. It's not my favorite boba spot but this location is brand spanking new and offered a great grand opening deal. I got the QQ Family Milk Tea and the milk tea itself was mediocre tasting. The toppings though satisfied my boba craving. Thanks!

Sharetea was a perfect spot for a hot Houston summer day. We stopped by and got our drinks relatively quick and the drinks were good. What's even better is the vibes inside Sharetea seemed great. People were meeting up with friends and others were working. Great stuff all around.

There was a decent line on a hot Houston day. They had a variety of options and the host was helpful on deciding. My friends enjoyed their bubble teas and would visit again whenever visiting town next.

Got mango passionfruit, too sweet even at 50% for my taste. Boba pearls a letdown, there are better options around. Though, convenient and clean location if you are in Rice Village area.

I was so excited when I saw that SharedTea was opening within walking distance of home.. but also realized how dangerous this would be to have so many boba options within reach. This place easily became my go-to boba place, compared to the other two options in rice village. They are always quick and consistent, which the other places lack IMO. The place is always clean, plenty of tables if you want to sit and chill, friendly staff who gets your drinks to you asap. No complaints here. The menu is extensive and you are able to customize your sweetness and ice levels as you see fit. Lots of options for toppings, if you're a toppings lover like me! My go-to drink: QQ Happy Family, less ice, 30% sugar! The boba is always chewy and consistently perfect! Such a great addition to rice village!!

Blended to perfection! The best sharetea location in Houston. Typically a brown sugar boba girl but cashier suggested something new.

What a lovely juice shop!…read more Pressed is in a beautiful area and offers a variety of options. I enjoyed the selection and the quality of juices. They offered a taste bar where juices could be sampled before purchase (I love this idea!) Service the day of our visit was a little lackluster - didn't know much about the juices or juicing in general. Unfortunate. Besides the service, everything was exceptional and we can't wait to go back when it's cleanse time!

Jordan at the register was also very patient with me as I was making my selection on what juices to choose from. He gave me some recommendations and even told me about the rewards sysem they have. The space is well lit, extremely clean, & lots of seating to dine in. There's also parking right out front in the plaza exclusive for Pressed guests. I'll definitely be back to try more juices!!

The West U area already lacked a proper bubble tea option, making its arrival that much more satisfying. Sadly, during the heat of summer just after their second anniversary, it abruptly closed. While the shop was small, they still had a number of tables for small groups and solo action. Given the tables were completely translucent glass, the plain acoustic tile ceilings with florescent lighting and very standard bathroom sign made the place feel like an office more than a cafe. The bright orange logo side wall was a nice touch, but still presented a contrasting vibe that was hard to shake. The drinks did not fare much better, but were at least consistent. The roasted oolong milk tea and slushes were always the go-to and the swirls and fruit teas were the ones to avoid. The food was a bit all over the place, from "cubie breads" to mochi donuts and fries. They worked as easy snacks on the go, but never overshadowed the drinks. Customer service was always a crapshoot, thus like many bubble tea cafes, the self-ordering kiosk was easy to consider. Prices were semi-reasonable given the neighborhood, which was a semi-win in itself. While I do hope for the best of this location, the one thing that still presents a challenge is the limited parking. Since it's a shared strip of only a couple of spots for each business, there is little street parking to compensate for the limited front side parking. For fans of the TSAOCAA brand and looking for a fix, the Katy store is the only remaining Houston-area location.

I've ordered from here multiple times for delivery to the Medical Center, and the drinks always arrive fresh, cold, and never watered down. I've even ordered from Too Good to Go for their grab bag, and received a variety of "surprise drinks." I appreciate that you can adjust the sugar and ice levels, and the drinks are consistently not overly sweet. There's not a ton of boba competition in the West U area, but this spot is definitely top tier. Bonus: they offer rose tea, which is surprisingly hard to find outside of Chinatown. Definitely a go-to for quality boba!

The menu is diverse but well executed. You can order anything from a healthy salad or juice, to a pita sandwich to a burger. The mediterranean staples, like hummus and pita are top notch, with the pita in particular being remarkably fluffy. At first, I was confused with the gyro salads and pitas including extra veggies like mushrooms, which might turn off "purists" looking for the normal recipe. I go here when I want something tasty but less greasy than the typical alternative. I leave satisfied but not feeling gross because the ingredients seem fresh. It's kind of like a healthy restaurant that also serves "junk food" that's not overly "junky." The restaurant is very clean and the staff are friendly. You order at the counter but they bring the food to your table and you're not expected to clear it yourself - my pet peeve when I tip. The prices are fair given the quality. You can easily get a solid lunch for under $20. When I crave a traditional gyro I frankly prefer places like Niko Nikos, but if I want to be reasonable I choose Island Grill. Maybe I'm way off base here, and I like this place, but I consider it quasi-fusion, with a "health slant" but in a good way.
