I come here more often than I would like to admit. The staff even knew who I was! I'm true to my Thai milk tea and my Honey milk tea. Every time it's on point, delicious, and really hits the spot. The service is always fast and I love that they have a point system! I really appreciate how friendly the staff is. I almost always order my Honey milk tea and one of the guys there asked if I've ever tried it hot and gave me a small sample of the hot tea. It was delicious and will be a winter staple for cold weather! I appreciate that you're able to adjust your sweetness and ice levels. On 5/29, I came here after getting my dog from day care. I've never been here before and I felt like getting some boba. The service rep who helped me didn't smile, was stoic, and wasn't friendly. I was the only customer in there. About 3-4 other kids walked out of the back. None of them acknowledged me. One went to make my order. Went to Sharetea on Sunday night instead of our usual boba shop because it was closer to where we were headed. I'm not sure if we got there right before they were about to close (their hours aren't posted on Yelp, but OPEN sign was still lit when we pulled up), but the shop had no other customers & there was no greeting or anything at all. They had a sign up with boba drinks called Golden Retriever, Husky, and... I forgot the third but another dog breed lol. There was no description of the really colorful drinks so we asked the cashier and received a less than enthusiastic explanation so I honestly don't know what was in the drinks... we decided to skip on whatever they were and go with drinks we were familiar with: Classic Pearl Milk Tea w/ Mini Pearls & a Peach Tea with Aiyu Jelly and Mini Pearls. 2 stars for the drinks being correct and tasting okay. The location provides a quick & convenient boba fix if you're in the Southern Highlands area but that's about it which is disappointing. read more

We came here during an off hour and we got our drink pretty quickly. Just stop by the store to get a quick order in at 0750pm, being that I still had a little time before they closed. One girl was mopping and put her head down and shook her head as if it was a bother that I was walking up to the store. There were 3 workers in there and they all looked at me. I was signaling to see if they are closed for the day, but they just decided to dance and ignore me. Thought that was very rude, could have at least had the decency to say they were closed instead of ignore a customer. I usually like coming here for their quick service, but this time was definitely one to leave a bad taste in my mouth. Way to go for customer service and trying to make a last couple bucks for your company. All you had to do was say you were closing early, rather than blowing me off. My boyfriend lives a few minutes from this Sharetea, so it's quite convenient whenever I have a boba craving. I usually get the mango green milk tea (FAVE), but other drinks that stood out for me were the wintermelon milk tea, passionfruit-orange-grapefruit tea (really refreshing during the summer!!), Hawaii fruit tea, and taro milk. The coffee milk tea was whatever. The staff is nice and helpful whenever I'm there. They also have happy hour/discounts in the morning when they first open. Super annoying that they don't have real cupholders... even when you buy four drinks. A large grocery bag is not gonna hold my drinks properly! read more

This happens to be a Boba place that is closest to Southern Highlands so I decided to give this place a try. Upon entering, this place is fairly small, but very nice and clean. For its size, it does its job of allowing you to order your drink and take it on the go. There is ample parking and it is located in a small shopping center. I've tried the Oreo Boba on two occasions. One with an ice cream topping and one without. I have to say that the Oreo here taste more like Coconut, which for me is kind of off-putting. Not a fan of Coconut. I happened to try the flavor again to compare the taste and if it was consistent. Although, there was a coconut taste to it. The drink was okay. The boba balls were a little above average. Served fresh. Something I noticed was they only had one size. I usually get a large. And the price for that one size is equivalent to a large drink I would get elsewhere. Overall, my experience was fairly average, but again it was based only on one flavor of drink. The place is nice and clean and the workers are always kind. Place is conveniently located in Southern Highlands, which is nice for people who live around the area and because a lot of the other Boba places are farther away. read more

I visit this Sharetea really often and they are usually really great all-around however the last time I went, they really bombed our drinks. I could tell that the girl who made the drinks was new because of the way she made it. I ordered the tiger drink with whole milk which is supposed to be really sweet and tastes like brown sugar milk but the girl literally made my drink with just milk and a little brown sugar for decoration. When I shook it up before drinking it, the color actually did not change from white at all (it's supposed to be light brown), and drinking it I could only taste milk. It was really bad. I also asked for less ice on my drink because the specialty cup is smaller, but she also put less ice in my husband's LARGE honey milk tea so his drink came out very warm and the ice was just floating at the top. Usually come here with my brothers on the weekends as it's convenient to their house. My go to flavors are the classic oolong or mango green milk tea and they've always been consistently delicious whenever I'd ordered them. There's other flavors they have on their menu from their creamas, if you like it more rich and thick to their lighter drinks like the fruit ones. The staff are usually friendly and customer service is great. Waiting time varies, but it's not always busy there. The place isn't big but it's nice inside. It started off as a cool and crisp spring day. I was excited because I had heard about this small little shop opening and that it was family and friend's night. So in my case, I brought two of my friends to this little event and boy when we walked in, it was crowded. I saw a lot of familiar places in the work area. Although the lines were long, I didn't quite mind because I saw how diligently and quickly workers were going at in order to finish our drinks. I ordered 5 drinks and drank 4. I believe that the workers did an amazing and outstanding job even though it was SUPER crowded. I understand that drinks may take a while but they put so much care into making them. Quaint, little hidden shop in a small business shopping complex. I really needed something refreshing in the heat, so I decided to check nearby what they had for coffee and tea, and I found Sharetea. The blended Thai tea stood out to me, because it's what I always order at tea bars anyway, and is a "safe" drink when I don't know what else might be good. This was recommended blended rather than over ice, and it did not disappoint. Refreshing, and it's a good size for the price! They have a rewards program too which is nice. The staff is friendly, respectful, and very hardworking under busy conditions, so wait time during openings were pretty reasonable considering the small workspace and waves of orders flooding in. Many people may compare this place to Brew Tea Bar, but both places have their own special qualities that make them different. Yes, we know Brew Tea Bar has fast service, great staff, and good drinks, but Sharetea is a new place with a lot of potential as a boba shop in Vegas. With a little bit of time, I believe Sharetea can really improve and reach the standards that many hold for Brew Tea. read more

Its not bad the flavor, the boba consistency, frequency of gettting orders correct are all off whats the norm for decent tea and boba spots. A decent selection, but again certain choices don't taste nearly as similar to other spots or what you expect. I know every place should be different, but if you feel that the money wasnt worth it. It shoukd be enough of a reason to say. The ice amount really takes away from the overall drink volume. There's a couple more things but I'd have to go a few more times in different moods before I finalize my opinion. So far after 7 visits with different people, its eh. read more

Drove through this place as I was going through a drive thru of another resto near by. Place is new and employees are very apologetic for any perceived delay. Which I didn't think there was any. The reason for the low score is because I have high expectations of a boba place. And the score is always based on the quality of the boba. Was the boba cooked well? Is it chewy like it's supposed to be or does it taste like regular tapioca? The actual drink is secondary to me because most boba places have the same offerings of milk tea or slushy drinks. They have taro, chocolate, regular milk tea, green tea, etc. The boba or bubbles in their drinks taste like boba-sized tapiocas to me. And unless you have had these drinks for awhile you would know the difference between the 2. This won't be my first and last visit because of its convenience to my bank. I will try to be more adventurous with my order next time and maybe update my rating. read more
