The experience and drink both were very bad. They took 45 minutes to serve 2 taro boba milk tea. To start off, after 45 min of waiting, they got the wrong order. I go to this location almost weekly, and from all my visits the drinks are consistently good and the boba itself is consistently delicious! I usually switch between their Thai Tea and the Tiger Fresh Milk (with soy), and every time the drink is just like the last and just as good. Mobile ordering through their online store is also easy, and given enough time, our drinks are done by the time we get there. When ordering in person, they give good recommendations regarding what sugar levels to choose for their drinks (the mojitos get pretty sweet and they make that clear when ordering) as well as what works as a good substitute for dairy options as well. They also make clear what sizes what drinks come in, in case volume is important to you. Overall, the staff is really hard working, getting drinks out fast (not including rush hour, but they're still efficient and I never had to wait for a super long time assuming I'm ordering just for myself and a friend) and they're always friendly. This place is located in the new plaza in Chinatown and I definitely plan on coming back again. The coffee boba tea was one of the best that I've had in a long time. You get the option to adjust the sweetness level and since I don't have a sweet tooth I asked for 50% sweetness and it was perfect! My wife had the classic milk tea with boba which was excellent. We are also so happy to find a boba place that has non-caffeinated drink options for our kids. They loved their honey lemon with aloe Vera and wintermelon with lemon juice. Very sad :( This was my absolute favorite Boba Tea spot during the pandemic because it was one of very few that remained open. I used to go every day if not every OTHER day, and even have went twice in one day before. I will not be returning because of the customer service exchange I received when placing a late order over the phone and being intimidated in person by the entire staff for coming to pick up my order 20 minutes before closing. This was the first time visiting and it was okay. I had the wintermelon tea with boba and it was good, I mean there was a good amount of boba and you can choose the sweetness and I chose 30%. The location is on Spring Mountian Rd across from the Chinatown Plaza. I believe the plaza it was in was under contruction but still looked really nice. I wish I could give Sharetea Las Vegas a better review but the experience I had was just terrible. I went into Sharetea from previous experiences in California. From the moment we walked in, the staff was horrible. The customer in front of me was asking the employee at the cash register questions and the employee replied with "That's all you get. As simple as that" and looked back at his fellow employees and began to laugh in from of the guest. No class what so ever! When it was my time to order I had asked if they had Jasmine milk tea and he did well offering another menu on the item and asked if we would like to try some. We said We'll actually order it not try it and he looks up and says "Yeah your not trying it. Your buying it. Thats what I meant" with the most disrespectful tone in voice. We wanted to make a clarification because he had offered the woman in front of us a sample which was another red flag because that requires the guest to take their mask off... YUCK. We got the same disrespectful attitude during the whole experience. The employees were having a BLAST making jokes about the customers in front of us. The employee at the cashier was just RUDE. Even while we had a child present all the employees were cursing in front of us and were speaking loud enough for the customers to hear. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Just go to Brew Tea Bar for better service. These employees need to be better trained or NOT allowed to work Front of the House. I hope management views this review and takes action. So unprofessional. read more

All it takes is one bad experience at a place and you never come back. So this was first time ever experiencing the Shanghai Plaza and decided to walk around and grab a boba. Sharetea was our choice and will be our last. So If your tourist and like to document your trip skip this place, I was asked not to take photos. One of the workers felt like I was taking photos of him and said we're not allowed to take photos of employees, which I could understand but I've been to so many boba shops and each one is unique so i enjoy taking photos of their shops and have never been asked not to photograph. And when I look on Yelp there's ton of photos of this worker on there and of the shop. And also,at first, wouldn't fix our drink until I had to get mildly upset. And after all that drink wasn't even that good. There's plenty of other boba shops close by to choose from. Hope you have a better experience than us. read more

Not really a fan of Sharetea but came here recently because I needed a place to study after going to 85 degrees. I've been here multiple times and have yet to be impressed by any of their drinks. My most recent order was the Hawaiian tea with jelly which was listed as one of their most popular drinks. I opted for 30% which is the lowest level of sweetness before no sweet expecting it should be subtle in flavor. This was also the sweetness level the cashier recommended. As soon as I sip into my drink my first thought is that it is TOO SWEET. Naturally I am a fan of sweet things and don't mind it, but I was honestly shocked at sweet it was. I was thinking of added water to my drink and that would of made it much more pleasant. I actually didn't finish this drink in one sitting and drank it the next day which was much better probably because the ice melted. Another thing here is you can't add foam, which they call creama to the other drinks not unless it's on the creama menu. In other words, their drinks are set and not customizable. I find this odd, but I guess I can't really say since I've never worked a boba shop before. Overall, their drinks are decent however will only come here if I have to. On a brighter note, they do have a photo booth camera, so that is a fun little thing to do if you're with friends. read more

We had the opportunity to visit Sharetea located on Spring Mountain. This place is awesome. The drinks are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Delicious and full of flavor! The staff was very friendly and truly care about providing great service. The space has several small tables for sitting to enjoy your drinks. There's a gorgeous painting of the Vegas skyline which really creates a nice vibe. You can tell the owners of the store have a passion for Sharetea. If I could get negative stars I would! This place has good boba but one crew member ruined my experience! I'm pretty sure he is the manager he has tattoos, face piercings, and braces but I came here eager to try, and not knowing what to get I asked him and he said "water with boba." Thinking it was a joke I laughed and moved on and asked again but he kept saying it, when I said no really what would you recommend he made fun of me for not knowing what to get at a boba shop and said come prepared next time completely rude and he walked off and I got helped by someone else. Shout out to Meng , the lovely lady who takes my order each time We come in . We frequent this place and I was surprise one time she already knows my name, she remembers even my order as i order same drinks all the time.
