Takes absolutely forever to get one smoothie. Staff is extremely slow and there is not sense of urgency. Why am I waiting so long!!!!

The customer service from the "quote " manager was the most disappointing and disrespectful encounter at any tropical smoothie we have ever gone too. My husband asked the cashier could she apply his miltary discount. The "quote" manager first said, no we don't do that and it's the entire company not just this location. Then she stated only if you're in uniform. Which is it, because my husband has never been told that he could not receive his military discount. And no you do not have to be active duty to receive a discount. She wanted to an argument today. I refuse to argue but I will come on yelp and let everyone know, how our veterans are beingt treated at this location. No thank you for your service , no nothing. Just an ugly attitude, then she proceeded to say something in Spanish to the cashier. We didn't even complain when we had to wait 5 minutes to be waited on. We didn't get an apology for that. The rate for this place is right on! I literally just spent 20 minutes trying to convince the cashier guy that Jennifer and Jenn is the same person English was definitely not his primary language and I tried to be patient even if he took 5 orders while waving me off! Mind you ... I ordered my smoothie for 11:32 and the whole time it was sitting on the counter and I kept pointing at it. I rarely go to this location. At one time it was closed for a while for some reason. I use the app to place my order and use the drive thru. I went in once for pickup and it was kind of a sad store. You would think it would be really busy next to the Planet Fitness. I've only done smoothies here. I've done the wraps at other locations. I tried the Bahama Mama Bowl the other day at another location and was not that impressed. I love Tropical Smoothie , but I would go to another location than here. read more

My partner and I wanted smoothies so we wanted to give this location a try, 4 workers all wearing airpod's with no hair nets and unpleasant attitudes making the ambiance horrible. two ladies were ahead of me, said they had already been waiting 15 minutes to be acknowledged. one of the male workers had dropped a large tray to put food into the ovens, picked it up, and continued to placed food on it. I ordered delivery on October 21,2025 the associate entered my delivery order wrong with Door Dash and I received a partial order. The driver said I had to contact the restaurant but they never answered even days after. I emailed the contact us on the mobile app and called the national service line multiple times. I was advised that a refund was going to be escalated. I was also advised that the district manager would be notified however it is almost 3 weeks later. I have not received a refund. I have not received the email correspondence that I was promised, I have not received a call back. No one is trying to help me. This is unacceptable. I ordered a smoothie with a wrap and a banana on the side. I only Received a smoothie. We ordered a açaí berry boost and a sunrise sunset for our meals. The chipotle chicken flatbread and the turkey bacon ham sandwich. The smoothies did not taste sweet at all. The sunrise one was un drinkable and the açaí wasn't as sweet as it normally is when I get it. The sandwich was not as shown in the photos and didn't taste good either. The flat bread which is my go to was completely overstuffed with ingredients that aren't even part of the original order. The person at the drive thru was dismissive as we were ordering as well. Stop eating here! The crew member was walking out the bathroom zipping up his pants as I was walking inside to get my order. He's a short kinda fat Hispanic dude. He proceeded to do my order and still didn't wash his hands. As I was getting ready to let him know I'd like to cancel my order, he tells me there is no sweet potatoes (I forgot the other side that was not available.) I told him it's fine I want to cancel the order inside because I can't do it on the app. (The app told me to go inside because I can't cancel the order online.) He still tried to do my order and I told him again, no I want to cancel my order. He told me he will cancel it. I went outside and didn't see a notification so I went back inside for a receipt. He told me he can't print a receipt or cancel the order and she tried to go in circles about the app and he can't cancel the order after he told me before that he would. This crew member should be terminated for not washing his hands and feeding other customers after I left without washing his hands. He's unprofessional and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. He knows he'll get hurt, so he antagonizes people from behind the counter. No one ever picks up the phone at this location either. Stop eating here! read more

I swore off of buying smoothies ever since I started making them at home about three years ago, but I'm visiting and whenever I visit I always come here. We need one of these in California ASAP! It's much better than it's competition and I love that the drinks are served only in 24oz cups. I really like the green detox smoothie at only 180 calories with no additional sweeteners added. I also love that you can swap out sugar for honey, or Splenda for this who can't have sugar or want to stick to something low calorie. Flat out thieves! Be sure to check your receipt. I went through the drive through at 1am. I was told my $6.29 smoothie would be $8. When I drove to the window I was told it was cash only which I didn't have. Cashier said I could wait for him to count his drawer. When he finished and actually rang it up, he told me it was $6.82. When I got home the receipt showed a $1.02 tip for a total of $7.84. He tried to overcharge me $1.18. When I questioned it he stated the correct price and STILL added a tip of $1.02 for himself on my credit card which I would have never noticed had I not been filling out a complaint already! I love tropical smoothie, so this is a very difficult review to write. I've been to several different locations across the nation and this is by far the worst. The service was slow and the quality of the product was inferior. I cannot recommend that anybody visit this location until Management takes charge and actually produces a quality product like all of the other franchise locations. My smoothie was not blended well enough so the straw was ineffective. The cashier took my credit card, but didn't give it back until I asked for it. And the service was very slow. Where else can you get a smoothie at 3am? Honestly amazing! Tropical smoothie really came through for my late night/early morning cravings. I got the sunrise sunset and the chia banana boost with peanut butter. The sunrise sunset is a perfect amount of sweet with a refreshing and light flavor. The chia banana boost is so amazing! It's more of a heavy smoothie, the little chunks of date are the chef's kiss! Honestly kinda reminds me of an oatmeal cookie. Drive thru was super fast but the computers were down and we had to make the order through an app, I did it through yelp. They have one person working on a regular basis leaving the employee in shambles to make smoothies, food, and deal with guests along with their drive thru nobody can do a good job in those type of conditions.. I sympathize for the workers but this place is terrible I've given it multiple chances and unfortunately it never comes out correct something is always messed up or poorly put together leaving a mess for people that want something on the run.
