Sharetea is a neat place where you can enjoy some great boba and tea. At this establishment, you can expect nice employees who will answer your questions to the best of their ability. The wait was horrendous. When you walk inside, it looks very packed but everyone inside is essentially waiting for their drink. We waited 40 min for 3 drinks, which is ridiculous. I love Sharetea, but this location is immensely understaffed. The whole store was packed, and there were only two drink makers. So, if you're in a rush, beware of the long wait. Terrible service. Ordered eight drinks with all bobba. Gave them a big tip before they got the order wrong. They were out of bobba so made us wait for the bobba to be ready. Then they forgot to put bobba in one order and made us go back to pay additional 0.75 cent! It wouldn't have been a big deal if the worker wasn't very rude about this. Sad since it was a family gathering. There are so many other bobba place in Vegas so don't waste your time here leaving with a bad taste due to the rude service. read more

I have been here 3 times. I have tried the Classic Pearl Milk Tea, and the Okinawa Milk Tea. Parking here isn't too bad considering it's a new plaza. The inside was your regular boba tea shop with like 3-4 tables but I found their customer service to be better than most. Now on to the product itself. The tea I would say had the right tea flavor/sweetness ratio if you choose less sweetness. If you choose regular sweetness it can taste like Dunkin Donuts coffee with cream sugar plus swirl. But the real star is the boba and mini boba. In my opinion, at this moment of writing and the amount of boba tea shops I have been to, Sharetea has the best boba. The texture, chewiness and quantity in their drinks is almost perfect. The reason I say that is because a lot of times if associates are lazy, boba can be clumped up or even worst not made correctly. I have had 4 or 5 drinks and I must say they are good at replicating their quality of boba. So this place, a must try! read more

We ordered a classic milk tea, coffee milk tea and ice blended oreo. The classic milk tea was ok. My husband described it as watered down tea with packets of sugar. My coffee milk tea tasted like the coffee was stale and bitter. And when we tried the oreo ice blended drink. It tasted nothing like oreo and more like taro. My guess might be the blenders were not cleaned properly by the staff. I know it's a new tea place. But still I don't knnow what to say when all 3 of our drinks were a miss. It was definitely a disappointment and we won't be back. read more

Terrible service, just horrible. I hope whoever reads this saves their TIME and MONEY. We waited in line for approximately 15minutes. The lady who ordered ahead of us got her TWO drinks within 5 minutes. So we were expecting ours shortly after hers (so you would think) Nope. We waiting another 20 minutes, and the employees kept skipping our drinks, I was watching. They'd pick up the cup to look at the order and put it back down. MULTIPLE TIMES. We order TWO SMALL drinks. As we're waiting and waiting and waiting, a group who were about 2 groups behind us ordered SIX drinks and got theirs before ours?!?! How does that make any sense? I went up to the cashier and told her I wanted a refund, and told her why. She was not sympathetic or apologetic whatsoever. I'm a PAYING customer, an apology would have been appreciated. I had the most outrages and rude person to serve me boba, I think her name was Sammy or Samantha but she was so rude towards me and Little Nephew, she made the experience of boba so bad. Place is nice , I ordered classic milk tea(black tea). They use something like coffee cream powder to mix with tea , all I tasted is cream flavor. I will not recommend here's milk tea. Other drinks like fruit tea I have not try yet ,cannot say anything. read more

I found this tea place near where I live so I often come here for drinks. After trying out most of their drinks I will say that it is a solid tea place with variety and options. You can adjust the sweetness and add any extra toppings of your choice. However, I will say that this place is just like any other tea place where the flavor is what you would expect. Nothing spectacular, but not gross either. The service is quick and the place for the most part isn't too crowded. The best drink in my opinion is the coffee milk tea because the balance of coffee and milk tea is nice. I wouldn't say the other drinks are worth recommending since the flavor isn't all that great. It's the type of taste that you can find at any tea place in Vegas. Very generic. read more

We've been coming here quite often since their opening. Boba milk tea is not so bad and customer service was always decent. Today with 104 F outside, we asked for a supervisor and pointed out that their door handle was hot and that we burnt our door. All we received were 'Ok', 'Really, we never noticed that it was hot outside', 'Nothing we can do' plus some giggles. There is something they could do. Be more empathetic, get some pool noodles from the dollar store and put those on the handles like Yummy Rice or Orchid did. They lost our business! read more

my friends and I ordered boba because we had practice and wanted a drink we NEVER got our boba and we aren't able to get a refund for them. I would say it's not the people who made the bubba's fault but more of the driver and the deliverer for not calling us and telling us oh where are you guys we need you to come out so we can get your food but that didn't happen and we never got our boba and we can't get a refund on our drink and I have a major issue cause like we didn't get anything so I want my money back. read more

There are a lot of boba tea places in town, but none as good as this one. Everyone who works here is super nice, the drinks are the best, and the boba just tastes fresher. The bubble tea place was above average, and I wasn't really impressed. the service was terrible. I made a faux pas when I accidentally picked up the drink while chatting with a friend. when I realize what's going on and read the sign, it was too late. the lady on the staff literally SLAMMED the other two drinks I ordered on the counter with such force, I though the plastic tea cup was going to crack. The staff member spoke down to me with such snark that my parents had never taken such tone to me in the past ...WOW.... I was very apologetic and did apologize profusely. I did not read the sign until it was a bit too late regarding how the drinks are handled. I guess, I have to start to explore and visit the other 100+ bubble tea places in Vegas. I definitely would be more cautious while going out and about (even if I did get the vaccine). I was so excited to see my friend, and the whole experience was dim down a bit with the minor unpleasant 'teatime' drama. read more

sharetea is not usually my first choice when it comes to boba, but i found that this location made my tea well. a pretty purple haired girl recommended a drink that was like a tropical fruit tea at 30% sweetness?? i'm not fond of super sweet drinks so that was nice. she was also super helpful and patient walking me through options which was really nice!! please give her a promotion for that superb customer service. will come back read more
