Had to grab a free sunset smoothie along with my green smoothie. Love that they do free smoothie day! It was definitely busy but majority of the people were grabbing the free one so it went by pretty quick. The staff were friendly and had the smoothies prepped so they could grab and give. I would give this place zero stars if the app allowed it. On Monday night, the 29th, around 12:50 a.m., I went to this location to buy a smoothie. When I walked up, a male employee was inside and made direct eye contact with me while I was standing there trying to come in. Despite seeing me, he did not acknowledge me or say anything. Some might say the store was closed, but it wasn't. There was a sign posted that clearly showed the store was open, and the app also confirmed that the location was operating at that time. After being ignored at the door, I decided to go through the drive-thru instead. I waited, but there was no response at all. I then looked through the pickup window and didn't see anyone. Based on what I observed, it seemed like the employee went to the back to avoid taking my order. This made the situation even more frustrating, as I was clearly there during open hours and just trying to place a simple order. Overall, the lack of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing. Being ignored when the store is clearly open is unacceptable, and it made me feel unwelcome as a customer. This location hands down is the worst of them all and I've tried about 3-4 different locations in total. This location is extremely slow at preparing our orders even when there are little to no customers or if you order ahead through the app AND they are always out of one or two ingridients. My wife and I literally ordered about 40 minutes ahead of time and still have to wait about 30 minutes at the drive through for our order?? In addition to that, there was an issue with ordering through the app so we tried calling in for assistance before we came by to pick our order up. The service is beyond terrible. I am still waiting in the drive through as I am writing this review because I have that much time. I would NOT recommend this location at all to anyone. Having a drive through or app means nothing if your service is inadequate. Side note: it doesn't matter all that much considering what my review is about but you would think they would get their mic/ordering systems updated so it's not so loud for the customers and so the employees can properly communicate. I despise leaving bad reviews because I try to keep giving places a chance. I've lived in this area for more than 10 years and this location is consistently going downhill. Every time we come whether there are cars in the drive through or people ahead of us in line inside this place takes at least 30-45 minutes just to get my order. I get being short staffed, but this consistently is the biggest inconvenience when I have 2 small children in the car and waiting ridiculous amounts of time just to be met with attitude or the staff simply not caring about my order is pretty frustrating. This location is normally good but the interaction I had with the male manager this morning really didn't for me he is rude I order a drink all the time that is normally on the kids menu and they always make it in a adult size for me they change me more but I'm totally fine with it. However this morning the manager that is on duty 2/25/26 @8:30am is very very rude and told me he is the manager and he will not make it for me I told him I order it like that almost in a daily basis and have never had a problem he then told me that he don't care that he is not going to at this point it's about the way he said it that was rude. Sometimes I go into this place and the employees act like you're bothering them. It's usually the younger employees that seem to have no training whatsoever in customer service. Sometimes it's the exact opposite. And why do I have to come inside to pick up an on-line order? Have it available at the window. I order on-line for convenience.
