I typically go to another location but this one is close to my work and was convenient to pass by. I'm tracking my macros and needed the Gladiator smoothie to hit my protein and keep my carbs low. Strawberry or Chocolate Gladiator smoothie from Smoothie King is usually my go to. So today, I ordered my smoothie through the app ahead of time, so I can make it to my appointment after work. I watched the girl making a smoothie as I get there and half of it ends up on the table. But she still puts the lid on and hands it to me. As I mentioned earlier, I'm tracking my macros and counting on that specific protein count. I asked her to make me another one because half of the protein blend ended up on the table. Considering that all my smoothie has is protein, water and ice. She kind of went back-and-forth about the difficulty of making just a water protein smoothie but then said she will remake it. Instead of just going ahead and making my smoothie, she put it at the end of the table, prioritizing other orders before mine. Now 20 mins later, as I'm now running late and of course, pretty irritated by this experience, I asked her if my smoothie was being made next. She indicated that another staff member was going to make it, a girl she was just whispering with on the side. The girl seemed very confused on how to get the contents from the blender into a cup. I don't understand the confusion if this is what you do on the ongoing basis. She then proceeded to go wash the blender, talk to new customers, who seem to be their friends, and walk to the back. At no point, walking my smoothie over to me. Clearly petty behavior. I had to ask their third member, who was not involved in these encounters, to please bring me my smoothie and he did. I am never returning here again. My strawberry smoothie is actually a vanilla and she gave it to me only 2/3 full. I get that the employees are young. But what ever happened to accountability and customer service????

I came in specifically to use my points for a free pre-roll. I let the bud tender know my intent was to apply my points to an order I had already placed online. The bud tender ran into an issue applying the points, and after coming back, called me the wrong name -- Christopher. My name is David. Not even close, but more importantly, I was then told the system was down and they were unable to redeem my points. I understand technical issues happen, but what disappointed me was that no alternative solution was offered. No manager stepped in, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience, and I left after driving 15 minutes specifically for this reward. To make matters worse, my points still show as redeemed despite not receiving the benefit. After being a loyal customer and spending thousands here, I expected a better level of customer service and accountability. This experience, combined with reduced hours and the long wait times that can come with the drive-thru, has made this location far less convenient than it used to be. This place WAS great, and I've had many good experiences here over the years. However, with the current experience and the other options available, I would recommend customers consider other dispensaries where their time, loyalty, and money may be valued more.
