Quick service and friendly employees, however their menu is lacking. They got rid of a lot of toppings including the mini-pearls, and do not offer the same food selection (or any) compared to other boba shops. I ordered the oreo blended with 50% sweetness, and it was ok. My mom ordered the Golden Retriever, as they got rid of her other favorite drink. She enjoyed it, but was disappointed about the discontinued toppings. I would recommend if you are looking for a clean environment, good service, and a simple selection. read more

Walking in, the place is clean smells good and looks fresh. The girl that helped me wasn't very friendly. When I walked in she said she'd be right with me. She finished her task but didn't have any urgency to come and help me. The other employee said nothing to me. I ordered my drink, paid and she again wasn't very friendly. BE WARNED: do not go to this Sharetea location! They will charge you twice (or more) for a single order. I paid for my order, got the confirmation on my apple wallet, but the transaction didn't show up on their machine. They wouldn't make my order unless I paid AGAIN. WTH? And they even admitted that this happened twice already that week. They told me to check with my bank and if I was in fact double charged, call the manager with a photo of my bank statement showing the double charge, and the manager will refund me. WHAT?? There aren't a lot of boba options in the Oakley/Antioch area, so this is my daughters go to boba spot. She gets the classic pearl milk tea with the mini pearls. My drink was pretty good, it was different 5/5 I wish I could give them a 5 on everything, but I got to be honest, although you can tell everyone working there are working hard, they seem tired or don't care much for customer service. I guess they have a points program, but is not mentioned to any of the customers at least not while I was there. My son loves these drink and wanted to try this new spot. It's a small shop but very busy. The menu is on the side as soon as you walk in. The service is fast here. There's nowhere to shit inside but there are tables outside. I ordered 3 drinks at it was $18. The sizes are pretty big so it's filling. My son really liked his drink. read more

I went here for the first time yesterday. There was not a lot of people here. There was a family who ordered ahead of us. I got the mango green milk tea with mini pearl and less ice. My dad got the coffee ice blended with ice cream and half sweet. So glad there's a Sharetea near me now and I don't have to go all the way to Concord for Sharetea. The employee who took my order was nice. The place was nice and new. Their music wasn't too loud. I would come here again and recommend this place to people. I would not get the mango milk tea again. Came back to try the matcha with fresh milk and boba (did not add the creama) and it was very matchy-y, just how I love it! I definitely messed up the first time ordering this and adding creama...I think I'll try their actual matcha creama version to compare it with the fresh milk. (Creama drinks use non dairy creamer). I got a taro blended , kids got a blended strawberry with a scoop of ice cream I personally prefer the ice scream blended in, but it's my kids drink and she likes the scoop even though it's hard a heck to suck through the straw . Horrible customer service, this guy had such a a bad attitude when I started asking what was the difference between classic milk and fresh milk tea so I just choose the mango passion fruit tea and wanted to add creama he said I can't that's another drink so then why is there an option to add creama, so I choose the mango creama drink with 50%sweetness they add either 85-100 I couldn't drink it never coming back read more

Nice location next to chick fila and Dunkin. Tastes the same as the Concord location. The inside is clean. The lines weren't too long like at Concord. I usually get the qqq because it has 5 toppings and you can omit whichever ones you don't want. It would be nice if there was some seating inside. read more
