This is the only time I've felt compelled to write a review. I've been dealing with knee pain for years and was honestly getting close to going through with a full knee replacement. I didn't think anything could really turn things around at this point, but after starting treatment with Dr. Cohen, I'm finally seeing real improvement. Not only is he a skilled doctor, he's genuinely a good man. He treats you with respect, takes the time to listen, and you can feel that same level of care from his entire team. His technicians and staff are professional , kind, and make the whole experience as comfortable as possible. I'm 73 and my body is like a used car. Dr Cohen keeps putting me back together and in good running order. I was reticent to fork out $200@ month for concierge care but in retrospect it has been a hugely wise investment. Let's see- hip replacement, cellulitis, back surgery, and going in for knee replacement soon. Dr Cohen's referrals had me cared for by surgeons who were so highly skilled, they weren't capable of taking any new patients. His referrals have taken a stye out of my eye, plantars warts and skin tags removed, and even toe nail fungus terminated along with all of the major surgeries. I visit the Dr 4 times a year for visco knee injections and a physical.He has an uncanny ability to diagnose future health hurdles. He now has me set up with a cardiologist as precautionary care. Dr Cohen has my hypertension and A1c in check along with cholesterol levels that were all problems. He is amazingly competent and I highly recommend his medical care. read more

i've been with Dr. Cohen for 3 years now for osteoarthritis and gout. My gout is mainly under control and i've been able to reduce the medications for it. my osteoarthritis has become manageable, as well as my gout, due the cortisone injections, dietary changes, a 4 mile walk each day and a change in shoe brand and wider width, which eliminated my bunions. Today I woke up without pain. Sounds like a simple sentence but for me it was anything but simple. I have been suffering in pain for decades with my body from multiple surgeries resulting in fusions, joint replacements, arthritis, inflammation, sadness and anger being stuck in a body that I had never envisioned I'd have as a younger person. Years of physical therapy, trying different pain management doctors that I felt saw dollar signs and not a human being suffering. 9 months of begging chiro, primary, ortho and pain dr to help with my arm pain. All of them insisted it was my neck. Not only did he not help he literally told me to "try sleeping on a flat pillow and consider doing tai chi". I first met Dr. Cohen in July of 2022. I had a few issues including some kind of skin issue that started after all the vaccinations so many of us got over the last couple of years. Dr. Cohen set up a healing path to follow, both verbal and written diagrams, along with taking x-rays and giving me a shot of cortisone in my knee! I know this isn't my first review of Dr. Cohen but i honestly can't say enough positive and good things about him and his team. He is beyond kind, helpful and caring. He takes care of me like I'm the only patient he cares about and he hires a team that acts the same way. I have a team of doctors handling my numerous health issues and I've worked to find only the best. Even with that, I still put Dr. Cohen at the top of my list for the care I get from him. He has a new laser therapy, FibroLux, to treat Fibromyalgia. He is one if the first offices in the country to offer this treatment and I hope to give it a try soon. He gave me a cortisone injection in my knee and a pain shot, then gave me through instructions about what I was to do for the following week until my next visit. I have been seeing Dr. cohen for several years now. I originally went to him as I could not get rid of my depression for years! I thought perhaps it wasn't something auto immune related. This was at my last medical try. After a lot of bloodwork, he made me realize it was my hormones, or lack thereof. I had used bio identical creams from my gynecologist but they did nothing. However, Dr. Cohen convinced me that the Biote pellet would help immensely. I trusted what he said, and after inserted it, my daily depression lifted after 10 years! He is amazing and now 3 years later I still go for my pellet (which is bio identical and my bloodwork is tested every few months). I was feeling better in no time.
