This is a REAL review. No BS story. So I locked myself out of the car at a gas station in South San Jose, California. As you can already imagine, people got angry at me blocking the flow of the gas station at the gas pump. It was traffic hour too (5:15PM) and I frantically called the numbers on yelp, and they gave me ridiculous ETA. One guy even said 3 hours! So when I called Shark City Locksmith, I was greeted by Jessica. She was very pleasant and courteous and professional and gave me a 20-25 minute estimate. Mario arrived much earlier than expected. Like 10-15 minutes before expected arrival time, so that was such a relief. Once he got there, it took him seconds to get my car door opened...a REAL Professional. As I began to pay him, I realized I used most of my cash at the gas station. So I asked him to follow me to the nearest bank to get cash out, and gave my Driver's License as a security deposit in case I just take off ( I am an honest guy, but Mario doesn't know me, so he has to take the necessarily precaution as he should). I get to Bank Of America and used my credit card to make a cash advance. Guess what happened? The ATM at Bank Of America took the $3 service fee without giving me cash. I told Mario about this, knowing that he wouldn't believe me, because I sounded a bit sketch. But God Honest Truth, Bank of America took my $3 without giving me cash! Negative review for Bank Of America. Seriously. Out of the goodness of his heart, we managed to find a place where I can get him cash. Once I gave him the cash, he INSISTED giving me back the $3 that Bank of America stole from me. What a GREAT GUY! He was very patient with me and went above and beyond what's expected of him. Next time, if I need any help with the locks, Mario's my man. If you lock yourself out, and desperately need a locksmith and don't want to wait for 3 hours, please give my man, Mario, a call. Had three doors and three padlocks rekeyed. When I asked for quotes through Yelp, a lot of locksmiths gave me a single dollar amount, and one even got defensive when I asked how much for an extra padlock. Shark City gave me a very straightforward breakdown: $x to come to me, and $y per cylinder.
