Call Sapir! I have a 2013 BMW needed a key. I called several local locksmiths and none had the necessary software and reprogramming ability. I got locked out of my place late Friday afternoon. I had the key, but something was stuck when I tried to push the door open. After spending 20 min. trying to figure it out, I gave Snap Locksmith a call. Sapir picked up and asked me to text an image and describe the situation. He explained that he would have to drill the deadbolt off since it did not sound like an issue with being able to unlock the door. He provided a reasonable quote of $150 and arrived within 15 min. He managed to open the door. The deadbolt or strike plate malfunctioned and the wood around the strike plate was also dried out and cracking. Sapir also helped me unlock my garage door as I absentmindedly left the remote in the car when I pushed the button to close it being distracted with the front door lock. Sapir was patient throughout the entire process and is skilled at his craft. He did not try to upsell me and provided options and advice. I went to a concert in San Francisco and somehow lost my car keys.., for a guy that lives in Santa Rosa that's not the best place for something like this to happen. Had a terrible day finding out that a bag with my wallet and my car keys in it got stolen yesterday at 11pm!
