This is 30 plus years in automotive repair and service speaking to you. A few issues to start; first, the whole time I felt like I was bothering them, as if they didn't want me there. I had told them about my time frame which i thought we understood, and ended up having to walk home. they didn't even offer a porter to give me a ride. when I got to the truck tonight, i found it in disarray, the key was not hidden as requested, it was under a paper that was clearly concealing the key. Further there was broken plastic and still glass in the back of the truck. The previous back glass I had in the truck had a small hardware kit on it that was mine to hold it in. This was not returned to me. What's worse, the back lift gate was unlocked and open! Fortunately for me, bojax is off the beaten path and no one noticed this. I was going to let all of the above slide, and simply not recommend the place and not take my other two cars there that needed some body work. simply take my business else where because, while the hardware kit and service didn't matter in the grand picture it shows they are a dirty business that will do underhanded things (keep in mind their price was 300 dollars over the next closest bid, however the time they claimed they could do the job is why I went) When I got home, opened my lift gate, the ;lift gate wiring harness and interior trim came down, it was never put back. the broken plastic? that was parts broken off my wiring harness!!! I am the one who finished the job! NOT BOJAX. I will get with ford in the morning to make sure all things are mounted correctly, however this is appalling. 30 plus years experience speaking here; this is a violation of state law, and more than one, YES report this to the state if it happens to you. Yes, if your car is at Bojax demand it be taken some place else. Do not go here for any reason. I know a bad shop when I see them, this is one of the bad ones.

Despite the circumstances leading up to our having to seek their services, my husband David and I…read morehave had great experiences at Suburban Collision of Troy, and a lot of that is thanks to Mike Robenhurst, the service consultant we worked with. We took our Nissan in for repairs after a pickup truck hitch had backed into and wrecked the grill. A week later, I was side swiped on the freeway. To make matters worse, after we got that fixed, someone backed into it and tore off the bumper while it was parked. Oy vey. From the start, Mike was professional, clear, and super easy to talk to. He took the time to thoroughly explain the costs and procedures before, during, and after the repair--so we always knew what was happening and why. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, and even followed up after the jobs were done to make sure everything was good. That kind of communication and care really made a difference. Having never been involved in any auto accidents before, I don't have a price comparison. But we only had to pay our insurance deductibles, so I guess that's a good thing.
