By what I ordered idk how this place would ever get 5 stars. They're not "terrible" it just doesn't make any sense to give it that much credit. Definitely not worth what they're charging. Seemed like eating at someone's house on a Saturday, that thinks they are a way better cook than they really are. Or that was tired and just throwing something together for the kids, so they just threw together a bunch of budget Walmart ingredients and called it a day. The fries seemed like those frozen fries bags at Walmart. The cheese on them was like the little cheese dip jars you buy at Walmart for chips. Same with the roast beef on the fries. Like the cheap roast beef packs thats like one strung together piece of roast beef because the whole pack was poorly cut. Same deal with the burger and everything on it. And they gave me the lemonade with no ice lol. Just room temperature lemonade, and no utensils. It's edible, i guess it's fine. But i didn't even eat half of anything, actually regret eating it at all bc of the lingering taste in my mouth, i could have cooked it better in the back yard, simply bc i would have added some seasonings, for way less and enough left over ingredients, and better ingredients, to last me a week. It's certainly not worth $40+ for everything I ordered. Very basic budget food you can make identical at home and give the left overs to the dog, for the price of a premium meal. Nothing special about this food at all. The cheap cheese on the fries is honestly probably the worst part of the whole meal and the bland burger and room temperature lemonade didn't help either. 3 stars bc i didn't experience the service or any other food options. But I'm also not eating from there again. I think 3 is perfectly generous. Hate to throw shade, but this place just honestly isn't worth it if you have any other options. read more

I ordered the Classic Philly along with the 10-piece wings, split between the Lemon Pepper Dry Rub and Cajun Dry Rub, and everything was phenomenal. The Philly was packed with flavor, and both wing flavors were seasoned perfectly. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. One thing that really stood out to me was learning that Kickin Bites is providing free meals to Georgia State Patrol. It is great to see a local business not only serving great food but also showing appreciation for those who serve the community. Great food, great service, reasonable prices, and a business that gives back. I will definitely be coming back! read more

My husband, daughter, and I were just driving through Columbus and decided to stop at Kickin Bites for dinner. We got our food to go and didn't discover the nightmare until we got back to our hotel for the night. My daughter took a bite of her burger and bit directly into a plastic bread bag tie that was INSIDE the burger. This could have ended in a serious tragedy -- she could have choked. Whether this was carelessness or complete negligence, it is absolutely unacceptable. Food safety should be the bare minimum at any restaurant. The fact that something like this made it into a customer's meal is disgusting and dangerous. We were horrified and completely lost our appetite after that. Menu already left my mouth watering. Kickin Vegan and Kickin Triple Crown were really good, don't forget to self serve some sauces, the blue cheese gave a special touch. The staff was friendly and very agile for the amount of people in line. read more

I tried Kickin Bites for the first time yesterday and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! I had the Jalapeno Burger with the Sweet & Spicy Saucy fries and let me tell you it was super yummy. When I walked in it was during lunch rush, so I wasn't expecting it to be a quick in and out session, plus it's newer in the area however, I ordered and was served quickly! The burgers are cooked to order and came hot and ready. The staff is quite nice as well! Can't wait to come back and try something else! read more

I've been to kicked Bites once prior to today, it wasn't bad. The place seems drab and depressing, but will to give them another chance. So walked in, there was a lady to the left washing dishes, she never looked up she just side eyed me and kept washing dishes. A young man walked from the back went toward the stove, no acknowledgment or eye contact either. There was no one in the restaurant except myself and staff. I stood at the counter for approximately 5 minutes and felt as though I was invisible. I figured if they don't value me as a customer they don't deserve my money and won't patronize them. I turned around and walked out. The young lady finally looked at me but didn't say anything, the young man just kept doing whatever he was doing. Both employees appeared not like their jobs and had the personality of a corpse. I left and went to another establishment to purchase a burger and staff that acknowledges and respects me as a customers. I probably got the most fries from a restaurant ever, now u can't really tell the depth from the pic , but it was like a mountain of fries fr! For the entree, the double smash burger burger was thick, juicy and fresh! The burger was a little bit on the crispier side tho, for those of you that like that or not, the staff was extremely kind and you could tell the owner cared a ton! I tried Kickin Bites for the first time today and it was so good! I got the Shroom Burger and it was cooked to about a medium temperature and it was DIVINE - it wasn't overcooked which is something that I like in a burger. The burger overall was very flavorful. I can't speak on how the Fiery Kickin Philly Cheesesteak tasted, but all I can say is my boyfriend housed it. When I first walked in and waited to order at the kiosk, I asked a worker if the kickin sauce was spicy and he described the sauce and offered to get me a sample. (The sauce isn't spicy) The staff is very friendly! When we were almost done eating, the manager asked if we liked the food and I told him we loved it, and he asked if it was our first time there. I said yes and he came back with Oreo chocolate ice cream for us since it was our first visit. That was incredibly kind and we very much appreciate it! The ice cream was great! The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere - there were different shows playing on the TVs and there was plenty of seating. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much! read more
