I was sent an arrangement from Sharma's yesterday ordered by a close relative who lives in another state. The order was placed via Teleflora, and was supposed to be a "Yuletide Sparkle Tree". Lots of red roses, sparkly pinecones, greenery... What was delivered was a somewhat skimpy arrangement with some red & white carnations, a couple of daisies or mums, and ONE red fully opened rose. Received flowers on Saturday afternoon were expected on Friday. The delivery driver left the flowers on the porch in 85 degree weather and no phone call, although the phone number was given when the order was placed. The flowers of course were wilted by 9p, when I returned home. By Monday the flower petals were all over the floor. On Tuesday as I was discarding the remainder of the Mother's Day flowers I contemplated calling the florist. After about an hour I decided to call, the woman understood my disappointed and said she would send a replacement. She asked if I could be home between 1p-5p for the delivery to avoid a repeat situation. I said I would be waiting and thanked her. Sadly its 5p and no flowers or phone call. I tried to phone the business prior to writing the review to no avail, although the business hours are said to be until 5pm...it was 4:45p and I was checking to see if they were still coming no body answered the phone, went straight to VM. We discovered that this little shop was very close to our house, so thought it would be very convenient. Joe K ordered a bouquet of white Spider Mums, because his mother was married with this particular type of flower. We were throwing a 70th year wedding anniversary party for his parents. Ordering on the phone was quick and easy, so we were under the impression there would be no problems. On the day before the party, we decided to stop in to make sure our order was almost ready and when to pick up. However, whoever took the phone order kind of stopped there. They had a record in the computer system, but for some reason, it wasn't noticed. They didn't have the flowers available on that day, but promised to have it ready the following day. Apparently these flowers are popular, and they run out quickly. We also added on a corsage for Joe's dad at the last minute, which was no problem. Fortunately, we were able to pick up our flowers on time and deliver them to the party where everything went smoothly. The staff were always nice and helpful. Prices seemed reasonable. read more

Before you read this, please be aware that I gave every opportunity to Sharma's florist to correct the issue before writing a review. They don't even deserve a one star. STAY AWAY from this so called Florist. The worst flowers I have ever received from a florist! My friend ordered a beautiful flower arrangement with white daisies and purple roses in a purple vase. I received white, yellow, and purple daisies; 3 pink carnations (one was broken); and one small lily (welted and old) in a clear dollar store vase, it did not look like the picture at all!!! Not even close!!! It looked like the ugliest bouquet in a discount drug store!!!! The flowers looked horrible, didn't look anything like the picture, and they forgot to include senders name!!! I called Sharma's Florist, a lady answered and told me the flowers came from a florist in Nevada and they didn't include senders name, WHAT???? She lied and pretended they didn't send the flowers themselves . So I called the florist in Nevada, store didn't exist and call was transferred to Teleflora. Teleflora gave me the senders name after getting permission from the sender, I was on hold for more than 30 minutes just because Sharma's was too lazy to do the simplest thing and include a card. 1- Before calling Teleflora and knowing how the arrangement should look like, I texted a picture of my flowers to Sharma's Florist, she responded " Oops, I'm sorry. Seems the flowers got smooshed with other flowers. That's why Lily's got damaged. We will contact the Flower shop to have them fix it for you. Thank you." 2- After finding out what the original order was (sender sent me the order details), I texted Sharma's Florist again, sent pictures and asked them to provide a replacement. They did not even respond. Sharma's Florist is dishonest. How could they call themselves a professional florist and send this terrible arrangement to anyone?? And then lie about it. They are unprofessional and unethical. I felt so bad for the sender. My friend must have spent a lot of money on what they thought they were sending and I got a $15 , ugly, half dead arrangement from Sharma's Florist instead. read more

They use door dash to deliver. I was told I would be notified when delivered and I wasn't, how awkward to ask a sick person if they got your delivery. Wasn't worth $100. I didn't get florist vibe, more home made vibe. Nice people but wouldn't use again. read more

Would not recommend this florist to anyone. We used Sharma's Florist for our wedding decorations/floral arrangements in July 2021. We met several times with them to go over all the details and confirm everything. On the day of our wedding, many items were missing and mismatching. Some of the colors of the linens were the wrong color. They used cheap, fake-looking floral arrangements for our centerpieces. Some linens were also stained. They were also supposed to bring table number signs for our reception tables but they did not set that up, so our guests arrived at the reception and had no idea where to sit. It was so embarrassing and frustrating. I, the bride, was literally running around the hall asking other staff for a piece of paper and pen that we could rip up into 20 pieces to make the table number signs. We shared our concerns and disappointments with the manager, Reshma, after the wedding and she agreed to refund us 50%. She paid us a small portion of that and has since been avoiding my texts for over a year and making up reasons to further delay our refund. It has been over a year now since our wedding and we still have not settled this. I am now going to move forward with small claims court. read more

Nothing was delivered until 4pm on the 15th, and the sad arrangement that was delivered was nothing like the Premium upgrade arrangement that I ordered. Big Fat Zero. Omg . I cannot believe they had the confidence to send out what they did. My poor mother ordered me a "flower cake" and A) it looks absolutely NOTHING like what she ordered, B) It was delivered a day late and they charged her about $80+ to have it delivered on my actual birthday C)The balloons are popped and the flowers are dying and falling out of the green foam -it's literally basically a regular bouquet with the flower heads chopped off and recklessly placed inside the foam D) The delivery person basically threw it on my doorstep and ran after knocking. 6/30/24- My sister (out of state) ordered a birthday flower arrangement for me from Sharma's Florist. They were delivered Monday, June 24, 2024 @ 3:16 pm in around 95 degree heat. There was not a drop of water in the vase when I found them in front of my door 20 minutes after they were delivered. I have a ring doorbell and camera. He didn't even bother to ring the doorbell. Who does that! One of the hydrangeas already looked weepy when I found them. The next day a rosebud just fell plum off the stem. The rosebuds and Amaryllis never really opened up and I've had to throw away at least 1 flower every day when I changed the water. I read on another review that they use doordash to deliver. Which explains the little silver car he got into. I wonder if the vase tipped over in his car. The arrangemect was very pretty until it started dying..immediately. I wouldn't recommend this florist while they are using Doordash for sure. read more

I am not really sure where to start, but I ordered 2 funeral arrangements for a memorial service and they were to be delivered on 4/19. When we arrived for the service on 4/20 - no flowers. I contacted Teleflora (who this florist contracts with - I guess) and they called the florist who told them "they attempted to deliver yesterday, but the funeral home told them to wait until tomorrow". That is LIE #1. Then, they told Teleflora the flowers were out for delivery and they would arrive at 1100 - it was approximately 1055 - I was on the phone with Teleflora until 1100 - no flowers. That's LIE #2. At 1115 I called a local florist and they literally STOPPED PRODUCTION in their shop (even though they had TONS of orders for flowers - high school dances) to ensure we had flowers for my mom-in-love. Then this florist attempted to deliver the flowers at 1145; we refused them. Meanwhile, at 1123 I received an email from Teleflora indicating the floral arrangements were delivered on 4/19/2024. LIE #3. DO NOT willingly and knowingly use this florist. Not only was my family grieving, but to add injury to insult...this debacle with the flowers. read more

My son ordered flowers for my birthday to be delivered July 18,2021. The flowers were not delivered. He called on Monday to see what had happened was told no one was home to deliver to. I was home and have a door ring and no one showed up on camera. On Monday he was told they had tried again to deliver. Again no one showed up on my door ring. Finally around 5 pm Monday flowers were delivered. Delivery person dropped off on porch and by the time I reached the door she was halfway to her truck. I ordered a corsage & a boutonnière for my sons prom. His girlfriend sent me pics. She wanted blue roses with little white flowers. I sent this exact pic to sharmas florist on April 2, the prom is on the 16th, she said I could pick it up on the 15th. At about 1:30 on the 15th, I called to see if it was ready. She said she was on her way to the store right then & would call me back asap. I heard nothing, so I txt her. She said I could come by at 2:30 and it would be ready. She had 2 weeks to make this thing. But, I show up & they were awful!! Made with carnations and daisies. I told her they were supposed to be roses. I waited another 20 minutes for her to spray paint some roses and throw together these things with NO little white flower accents. This morning the outside petals on the roses were wilted & ugly, probably from the paint. The paint was uneven and splotchy. The flowers were not secured together well at all. All for $75!!
