Dr. Lee is a great dentist. Her staff is super friendly, and the office is clean and has up-to-date equipment and technology. Dr. Lee is indeed a very gentile dentist and takes time to explain things. She is great with my niece who is about 7 years old and can be very scared about the dentist also. I went in for a check-up and had to get a filling replaced and another put in, I didn't even feel the pinch of the shot to numb me. I also got a night guard due to my grinding. Dr. Lee and her staff are outstanding! I had never enjoyed going to the dentist until I found this office. Everyone that works there from the front office to the hygienists are professional and accommodating. I have been coming to see Dr. Lee for several years now and I know I am getting amazing treatment. She takes the time to answer all of my questions and makes sure I understand everything she is going to do before she does anything. Dr. Lee explains why everything we are doing is necessary and if I ask for something that she thinks is not necessary, she lets me know. Let me start off by saying I HATE THE DENTIST! I was searching for a dentist for a couple months and I found Dr. Lee. She and her whole staff are superior and do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Needles were the only thing holding me back from going to the dentist and I could barley feel the poke with Dr. Lee's steady hand! Just lovely. Dr Lee is hands down the best dentist you'll find in SoCal. Her staff, one i know is Juana, are just as wonderful. I had a pretty bad cavity between the last two molars, and she was just phenomenal: she ensured that I was never in pain and answered every question I had. Same with my brother, who had a terrible experience with his first dentist. Best dentist I've ever had!!!! I have a huge fear of going to the dentist and have had my fair share of ones that treat you like you're stupid for acting like a "baby". Dr. Lee is amazing and is very patient with her clients. She's very detailed about what is happening with your teeth and explains everything that could possibly happen during and after a procedure. Best dentist I've had! I went here for the first time today, I called this morning about a toothache and they got me in by 1pm. I went to another dentist that told me I had an infection under my root canal and would have to see a specialist. Sharon fixed me up on the spot, she did my root canal over and got the infection out, all in one visit! Her staff is very nice and down to earth, I felt very comfortable. Their prices are reasonable and they are honest, which is a big plus. Sharon is definitely my new dentist! read more

Man to start off im a little girl when it comes to dentistry. Ive always been scared of getting a tooth pull. Well the day finally came that i couldnt take the pain of my wisdom tooth. I went in scared and her assistants were very very friendly so i felt very comfortable as soon as i went through the door. So i finally sat down , she looked at it and told me that i needed it pulled out. I went and did it and before i realized she was done!! No joke. I didnt even realized the moment that needle went in or anything. I felt her pulling and BAM!! It was gone. In a matter of seconds. She has the gentle lest hands on the planet. I wouldnt waste my time writing if i was making this up. I think i found a new dentist. Also that office was spotless. I notice little details like stains on walls, dust on frames little stuff like that thanks to my ocd wife :) ( that was a compliment) and in the office i didnt even see dirt or anything. I liked that. Also she scared the crap out of me telling me if i smoke after an extraction it can develop dry socket or something wich she said it was very painful and i know because my dad had it and he was in pain for a week or so. Great office, great staff, great dentist!!! I came here after being fed up with my last dentist which I don't know why I stayed with them for ~5 years. Glad I looked up yelp and read the reviews about this dental office the reviews are so true. Dr. Lee truly does a great job, compared to my last dentist. Throughout my exam she's conversing with me not her staff, not only is she telling what wrong but also showing me, her office is up with technology the X-rays display on a computer monitor and lined up how your mouth is. Her staff is courtesy. Whereas my last dentist she was chit chatting with her staff and always hurting my mouth. Here they are concerned if they notice your lips dry they put Vaseline so it won't crack from having it open so long. I had an appointment to pick up my mouth guard and it came late they were so apologetic about it which I'm glad not too many places will apologize saying their sorry for wasting your time. I was in a lot of pain that morning and I was able to get an appointment that same day. It turned out the gums around my wisdom tooth were infected and the tooth needed to be pulled immediately. I haven't been to a dentist in 10 years and I was terrified and quite embarrassed of the stage of some of my teeth but Dr. Lee and her assistant reminded me to breath, relax my shoulders throughout the process and I truly felt their compassion. I didn't felt judged when she gave me the option to come back and take care of the other issues with my teeth when this one had healed. The whole experience was positive and my fear of the dentist has slightly diminished enough to go back and take care of the rest of my tooth issues without as much anxiety. This is the absolute worst dental office I have ever been to. They are crooks. The horror stories that you hear online is all in this office. They try to sell you everything that a dental office could. They wanted me to get invisilign about $4000 + they pushed that I should invest in luminears which are about $1,100 per tooth.They even gave me a Photoshoped picture That looked pretty much exactly like my smile now. They asked me to get a deep cleaning and told me that i should really get the laser cleaning that would be about $1000+ extra. They also tried to really push the electric toothbrush that includes a prescription of peridex which they say is included for "free" with the purchase of the toothbrush. This not all they didnt numb me properly and redo the novocaine twice. Those shots really hurt. And to top of all of this front office billing person, Jeannie, is sooooo rude. I asked her to re-run my insurance because some of the info was incorrect. She wouldn't do it and said, "when you quit your job and work for another company then I'll rerun your insurance." Do not waste your time here they will try to sell you everything possible and still overcharge you. I canceled all other appointments with them and have gone to my old dentist. Omgosh that was the best choice ever. My previous dentist ran my insurance correctly and sure enough I have the same insurance where I should not be charged all of these fees. I should have only paid a deductible, not the bill of over $400 that I paid read more

I came to Dr. Sharon Lee after a desperate need to find a better dentist in Fullerton. I was going to California Dental Office just a few business buildings over and had one of the worst dentist experiences with them. I called overnight while I was in a lot of pain and left a voicemail hoping to receive a call back first thing in the morning. They called me back as soon as they opened and said they would see me as soon as I could arrive to their office. Luckily I live just 1 mile away. I arrived within minutes and they were able to see me. She examined me and realized I had an infection in my root canal I had gotten done with California Dental. She prescribed me antibiotics and asked me to come back in a few days once the infection wasn't so bad. Long story short, Dr. Sharon and all of her staff have been so helpful and kind as I have transitioned over to them as my new dental office. I would recommend her for all your dental needs! I hesitate to write this review, but I'm so upset and still can believe what happened to me at this office. Friday December 30, 2016 I was desperate to find a dentist that was open and could help me before the long weekend , I called this office and explained my situation over the phone, one of my upper tooth a root canal to be exact was hurting a lot and had a really bad infection. The night before I had to go the ER because the pain was unbearable and I was prescribed strong pain medication and antibiotics because the doctor said it look like it was a bad infection. I left the hospital close to 2am, when I woke up in in the morning half of my face was super swollen and the pain was getting worst, and my fear bigger because I had this huge lump right next to my tooth. When I called this place & spoke to the receptionist I asked her if I could be seen, I told her that I was not a patient and had no insurance but that I will pay cash, immediately she put Dr. Sharon on the phone and she ask me are you paying cash? And I said yes, cash or w/my credit card. She ask me to be there at 10am. I got there filled up a form with my information and right away they took me to a room did an ex-ray, and like 2 minutes later Dr. Sharon went in the room and confirmed what I already knew that I had a bad infection, then she said if you need any work done today we will give you an estimate, to re-do the root canal it will cost me almost the 3000 and to extract my tooth it was about 2500 it was outrageous to hear this prices. I was desperate and a lot pain but no way I could afford this prices. I asked her if was the lowest that she could do and she smiled and said Yes, I told her I couldn't afford it and then her recepciones I believe her name was Gina came and told me that for the "emergency " consultation was 380 dollars I almost fainted, I wanted to cry I couldn't believe it they did nothing for me the Dr. spend about 5 minutes with me. I feel robbed. She did not care I left in pain or with a huge swollen face, whoever listens to this tells me that I did wrong paying her that I should of just left the building but to be honest I had no energy or time to get in altercations When i paid I told the receptionist God bless you because this is not right they stole my money and left me with even more pain. I cried for a long time I wish there was a way to get my money back, but thank God a very good dentist helped me Friday night took an ex-ray and drained all the pus for only 100 dollars I'm finishing my antibiotics and will get my root canal redone. I was searching where to go for a good dentist around my neighborhood. I went to Yelp for help, I found Dr. Lee, read all the reviews and I'm very satisfied with the feed backs of people so I went ahead called them up and I got lucky she was able to squeeze me in for short notice appointment on the same day. Arrived there and got the dental work I needed. Good service and very friendly staff. A good dentist is when she explains to you thoroughly what's needed to be done and that is who Dr. Lee is. Had my teeth x-ray then cleaned and came back the following morning to have my wisdom tooth taken out and I'm impressed how painless the procedure was. I just heard a little crunch and boom that was it goodbye tooth. Even after a few hours no pain at all just numbness and that is normal from the anesthesia.
