I wanted a bouquet to let my friend know I was thinking of her since she was having medical issues. I let Chipper's (I can't remember who I spoke to on the phone) select the flowers. The flowers were going to be delivered the next day. Chipper's called me the next day to alert me that the flower arrangement was going to be delivered later that day. Then they called my friend to tell her the same thing. And they even called her to confirm she was home before making the delivery. Chipper's customer service is great!

There was also a dent in one of the links. We took it to a different shop, where they replaced the pins with the correct ones and showed us that the original pins were bent and in poor condition. When we called to request a refund, the situation only got worse. The owner yelled at us, insisted we were wrong, and was completely disrespectful. I've never felt the need to write a Yelp review before, I'm usually someone who lets things go, but this experience was different. I've never encountered a business owner who reacted so unprofessionally. If this had been handled calmly and professionally, it could have been resolved. Instead, the lack of accountability and poor customer service made things worse.
