Zack was incredibly kind, helpful, and fast! Couldn't ask for better service. Other places will charge you an arm and a leg.

Cho is awesome. Super fast turnaround time and clear communication…read more He fixed my TV once and provided a 3-month warranty in case any more issues arose, he would fix it again free. That happened, so I returned and he quickly fixed it again. Unfortunately, I made a bad TV choice and the issue stuck no matter what. He advised me not keep trying as it wasn't worthwhile financially. However, he offered me a credit for one of the used TVs he was selling, which was a great deal. In short, he has the expertise to fix what can be fixed, and the caring to take care of you (not just try to rack up a bill for himself). Very fair, friendly and helpful.

The…read moreday I brought it to him I had been using it that morning and all the sound was working loudly. He fixed the jack but then told me it don't get loud when pumping up the volume. He did something and messed it up and dared to ask more money in the line of 200. 00 on top of the money he took already. I also gave him my cd player that the belt broke. He replaced the belt then told me the machine had to be re-calibrated and it was a pain in the butt so he wanted another 185.00. So what this guy did was charge me diagnostics charges despite me telling him what exactly was wrong and he confirmed I was correct. I left the cd player there believing it was not worth additional repairs. It was a sony cd player that stored 300. A month later I called sony and told them about this and they told me no such thing needed be done just because the belt broke. I found out that my CD player actually was worth 1200.00 as a classic being sold on amazon and that was what led me to call sony. I found out that he shorted out the pre-amp on my amp when he took it apart.

There is no appeal to return, you're better off shopping straight from Apple or the guys at Accessory City, who are some dope people.

I was told by John the cost to come to the house is $135 and that it would include repair if it was simple. He arrived came down stairs needed my help to move the tv to the floor where he opened up my tv. Pull out the power supply and from his research assumed it was two bad capacitors. He hunted for these capacitors but couldn't find them. I helped and found them myself. He then said the capacitors weren't the right ones and that he'd have to take the power supply back to his location to fix it. I said I wasn't paying the premium $135 to have him come out if it just means he's going to take the tv back with him. So we settled on $100. I paid him the $100 upfront because he assured me it was a simple fix. The next day he calls me to tell me there is no fixing the power supply and that it'd cost me an additional $300 for a "recycled" but new power supply. I was upset because this wasn't fair to me. I wouldn't have paid him the original $100 if he hadn't assured me it couldn't be fixed. I specifically told him I wouldn't want to put more than $300 into the tv because it's not worth it. He said "Well what do you want me to do about it?". I stated I want my power supply and my $100 back. He said "that's not going to happen, you already "JEWED" me out of the $35, yesterday". I was furious at this point. He referred to "jewing" down the price. He did immediately apologize but still that was completely uncalled for. I immediately got in the car and drove to pick up my power supply. Unfortunately he already cashed my check so I out the $100. All I can do now is warn others about his actions. DON'T GO TO WARWICK TV SERVICES they'll rip you off and use derogatory terms in your face.

I feel blessed to live in the same town where the Computer Doctor is located. Steve, the owner,…read morehas always been helpful with diagnosis/repair of laptops I've brought him in the past, but more recently, he really hit a home run. My used laptop computer, which I'd bought from a private seller some three years ago, had never been a powerhouse, but it was fine for my modest needs. In the past few months, it became slower and slower, and, just as income tax time was looming, it stopped booting up. Not good. (Of course, I had already loaded tax return software on it, and started my tax return.) I dropped it off at his shop, which is neat and organized, on a Friday, and early next week had a diagnosis: the hard drive had failed. I was expecting to have to shop around for another used laptop (which I seem to do every 2 to 3 years), but Steve said it was light work to replace the hard drive. He also recommended increasing the memory from 4GB to 8GB. The price was surprisingly reasonable, so I authorized the work. Even though he had to order the additional memory, the computer was ready for pickup just a few days later, so the turnaround time was surprisingly quick. Steve stands behind his work. There was a very minor issue, which he fixed in five minutes. My laptop not only works well, it boots up much faster than before, and programs load very quickly (partly due to new hard drive technology, and partly due to increased memory). It was money well spent, and will allow me to get more use out of this computer. Parking is limited to on-street, which makes me nervous since the street is hilly and curvy there, but it is what it is. Hours are limited, and since it is a one-man business, and he does service calls at homes and businesses, he is not always in the shop during stated business hours. Also, the shop is not open on Saturdays. Although it is sometimes difficult to get access to Steve, it is nevertheless worth the effort because of the quality of work coupled with very reasonable prices.

I've since been back two more times for a new GPU and recently, new CPU, Motherboard and RAM upgrade.
