They said it would take 2 weeks to order, while it ended up taking close to 4-5 weeks. They never called to give me status updates or anything (this was right around Memorial day too). Then Santino comes and fixes everything, but does not fix the igniter. Again, trying to get in touch with someone to let them know that the work wasn't completed is like pulling teeth. He finally comes back and fixes it. Here we are now, several weeks later, and the igniter doesn't work, lights don't work, and of course, they don't answer the phone. What a joke. After spending $1,000 to get everything "fixed", they should AT LEAST return calls. My advice, find someone else to do your repairs.
