Kevin took the time to thoroughly educate us on all the options and process of converting to gas's. He walked us through the burner types, log options as well as add ons with no pressure. He also gave us a great recommendation for a plumber to run the gas pipe (JLM aid Bayshore). Kevin was so accommodating and we'll coordinated, we were able to get everything installed in one day (plumbing, burner install and log set up). Matt, the installer, was excellent! He installed the burner, set up the logs and embers and provided us with detailed instructions for running and maintaining the new fireplace. Village Fireplace & BBQ was super knowledgeable, reasonably priced and very well coordinated. Then Santino comes and fixes everything, but does not fix the igniter. Again, trying to get in touch with someone to let them know that the work wasn't completed is like pulling teeth. He finally comes back and fixes it. Here we are now, several weeks later, and the igniter doesn't work, lights don't work, and of course, they don't answer the phone. What a joke. After spending $1,000 to get everything "fixed", they should AT LEAST return calls. My advice, find someone else to do your repairs.
