He immediately replied that he was closed because of Covid 19. But I also received an immediate response from Billy of Island Appliance who said Connie was in the office and to giver her a call to set up an Appt. So I did. Connie indeed was in the office at 9pm and said her technician was out on a call in Huntington. She contacted him and got back to me within 10 mins. He gave me the choice of coming by after he finished the Huntington job or tomorrow. In this crazy times of Covid 19 I was able to get immediate service. He or should I say they SHOWED UP AT 11:30pm?! YES that's exactly what I said!! 11:30pm! Appliance angels! He had the parts (Drain Pump & bearings) & fixed my washer promptly. Not sure but I think it was his son with him. He was teaching while fixing. Both were Very friendly. This truly meant the world to me because fortunately both me & my son are still working so we need to be able to wash our things in the short span of time that we are home.
