One day later, steering wheel fluid was found all over the engine, and the engine light came back on, indicating the same cylinder failure. I took the vehicle back, and the shop charged another $400, claiming the pump's base "broke" and that they "supposedly" replaced the coil in cylinder 5, despite I did replace all eight coils with Motorcraft parts six months prior. THIS IS A VERY DISHONEST REPAIR SHOP.

I saw the car online, sent in a inquiry about it, the next day I got emails to come in and see the car but there was only one picture of the vehicle, so I said "no 'm not unless you post more pictures for me to look at". They sent me several and told me they had just got the car in and that's why there was only one picture and it wasn't inspected or detailed. I then got an email from salesman Peter and he asked if I would be coming in that day since the pics were sent, I said yes, (with the determination of NOT buying a vehicle) but just looking at it as it wasn't clean, but did have a clean autocheck history and did have every bell and whistle that I wanted in a vehicle. I got there and was treated great! Peter was a fun and honest and professional person to work with and made my experience enjoyable. He didn't try and BS me about anything dealing with the car and was upfront about what he (the dealership) could and could not do. I would use him again if need be. Now my only gripe if there is one is this, why would a dealership even load pictures of a car that they just got in and list it for sale when they haven't done any inspections, any maintenance or detailing. That's like putting the cart before the horse. So I bought the car on that Saturday (so much for not buying when I said I wouldn't), but didn't receive it until Wednesday because they had to do the aforementioned maintenance, inspections, detailing. Peter did honor his word by having the car delivered to me since I lived about an hour or so away and didn't want to drag my wife back down there to go get it. So all and all this was a pleasurable experience, I love the car (SUV), it came to me clean and small imperfections were repaired/corrected to my surprise. Only time will tell if the car will hold up but everything on it seems nice and strong so I am pleased. Thank you Peter and the rest of the staff that helped (even if it was just getting us water to drink), I appreciate it and am glad I am not one of the people who had bad experiences for whatever reason.

I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

He repaired my air conditioning unit in no time at a reasonably affordable cost, and I drove away with ice cold air blowing throughout the car once again. He is substantively knowledgeable as it pertains to foreign cars and has a obvious passion for foreign vehicles. I presume that is why he is so successful at what he does. I highly recommend his repair shop for all of your needs on your BMW, Mercedes, and other foreign vehicles. Based on my experience, you will not be disappointed. His wife who is there sometimes is as very kind and hospitable.
