As soon as we walked in, we were greeted, seated right away, and given menus. Our waitress introduced herself, offered recommendations for appetizers and entrées, and even convinced us to try one of their signature drinks. We started with the Broiled Chesapeake Crab Dip, and it was really tasty. It was rich and cheesy, with generous chunks of crab throughout. It was so good that we easily could have ordered another bowl! For our entrée, we shared the Chicken Louisiana. It had chicken, sausage, and shrimp with peppers and onions in a Cajun sauce served over rice. Now this dish was really delicious. It arrived hot and tasted freshly made to order. We even noticed the table next to us ordered the same thing. I can't remember the exact name of the martini I ordered, but it was very light and refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day. The restaurant itself is spacious, with a large bar, plenty of seating, and TVs throughout. Overall, we had a good dining experience. Lee features a slab of Virginia ham. I ordered the General George Meade. Meade was a Pennsylvanian, so naturally this burger comes with a pile of Philly cheesesteak. Our server was extremely respectful and is now in a horrible position where he is going to seem inattentive to other tables. Their food came out before ours and we had a longer wait for our food. Our server made multiple runs for the demanding table. Horrible way to handle this situation on Jen's part especially given Gavin was the only server between multiple tables. Food was good but will not come back because of the lack of respect from management to staff.
