Restaurant is family oriented. Food is flavorful and fresh. Staffs are super friendly and accommodating. They have great lunch specials.

I wish I didn't live that far. They have the best first with feta I've ever had. This place is good, in my opinion, we ordered a sample from platter and we were in heaven! Great service and great spot, very clean.

I haven't been here in years. It's close to the outlets and shopping centers which is a plus. The staff when I picked up my order were so friendly. So polite and over accommodating......very welcoming compared to the downfall of customer service lately. I ordered online for pickup and it was ready almost too was quickly..,,10 minutes. It may have been a slow day. This time I did the gyro platter with 2 sides. I chose the salad and the hummus. It was a large portion of lamb. Very tender and flavorful. Not enough tzatziki sauce!!! The salad was fresh. The hummus was good and tasted homemade but almost too much in proportion with the other items. The pita pieces were on the hard, almost stale side. Overall I'm glad I tried it again and will be back!!!

Family in Town We had a few extended family members in town for a few days, so naturally I wanted to treat them with a delicious dinner from my favorite restaurant. Everybody Loved the food and never left hungry. Thank you Sarah and Bella for making sure everything was packed properly, and the order was fulfilled perfectly. "My" Greek Cousins Team is Amazing

I was on a business trip to Florida and had some time before my flight. Every place I travel to I always make it a point to try local Greek food as my father was Greek and always instilled the importance in supporting Greek owned restaurants and businesses. I managed to find this place as I was filling my rental car at a nearby gas station. Fate right? I made my way there and the area was busy with limited parking but that did not stop me. I was able to find a spot as someone was leaving. Walking in I was greeted warmly by a young teenager working the register. I decided to order a souvlaki pork gyro and fries. As I sat I got to see the decor that gave me nostalgia of summers in Greece as a little girl. The Greek flag and icons instantly made me feel like I was at my Thea's house back in Greece. The place was busy and I took that as a good omen. My food was brought to me by the lovely owner who I had the chance to exchange conversations with. She was so warm and friendly and made me a stranger to this city feel right at home. The food, can I tell you this is the best gyro I have tasted in America. That is a bold statement coming from a Greek girl but it's the truth. The souvlaki pork was so juicy and flavorful and the tzaziki with the fixings and fries so good! The only thing I'm upset about is not buying an extra gyro for my flight home. If you are ever in Palm Beach you need to stop here. Yes I said need because it is essential that you have a culinary experience like this in your lifetime! I can't wait for the next work travel as this will be the first place I will stop to. In Greek we say euharisto which means thank you. Thank you to the wonderful owners for their hospitality, food and kindness. You have mastered the art of creating food with the most important ingredient of all, love, thank you!

Legit Greek food. kaliméra y'all. How you tell it's legit? You walk in and it smacks you in the face, grabs you by the nose and says. Inhale! Deep. Yeah! I'm mint and I'm drying in racks. I'm spices. I'm good clean food. I'm the real deal. And you know it's gonna be good. You just know! And genuine service. Can't top that.

Overall, it was good. Not the best I've ever had but definitely good. Gyro had a good amount of meat. Greek salad was on the small side for $15. The container was hardly full.

Somebody get control of this place, the two youngins in the front havent got a Clue. Took 30 minutes for dry burnt order with cost $29 for a souvlaki wrap and week old burnt falafel of s. Nobody served me my drink, asked for tzatziki sauce. Ask for a straw, no table ware, brought my own napkins cuz I had sause oozin down my arm, The lamb was cold and rubbery. Fire the cook, find somebody up front to direct thoughtless minions, there was only 2 people in the place and the server delivered my plate wrong 3 times. the two patron were laughing hard of the buffoonery. That server should be the scarcrow on the Wizard of Oz. Never Again. But music was spot on. didnt finish my meal.

Two of these pieces come in the Baklava order. Good thing as once you eat it, you'll hide the other one so no one else finds it.

I really like this place, although this was my first time eating there instead of getting food to go. You order at the counter and then sit at a table. It can be a bit of a wait when several people/groups show up at the same time. One thing I don't like is restaurants that dole out your paper napkins. Usually in places where you order at a counter there are napkin dispensers on the tables or located in a corner with the straws. As the owner was taking orders and acting as a server, it wasn't easy to get her quickly. She's extremely nice, however, and was very helpful regarding my friend's hot pepper allergy. After putting in our order, she came over to tell us that the fries had paprika and wouldn't be safe for my friend. She was able to substitute a pita and hummus appetizer as her side dish instead. The food is very good. My friend's gyro was huge, and I love the Cousin's Salad. Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Onions, Feta Cheese, Olives & Chickpeas -- delicious! We really thought about the baklava cheesecake, and one day I'll get it. I hope it's half as great as it sounds.

They have some small two top tables inside and a couple high tops outside. They had a board with lunch specials on it. But we wound up ordering from their regular menu. I got the moussaka and he got pasticchio. Both dishes came with a very generously sized Greek salad and warm pita wedges to start. The salads had tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions, pepperoncinis, and romaine lettuce topped with feta cheese and dressing. There was also a small rice stuffed grape leaf -- cut in half. The salad could have been a meal in itself. The moussaka was layered egg plant and potatoes with a ground beef filling topped with cinnamon béchamel sauce. The pasticchio is the Greek version of lasagna but with elbow macaroni. Both portions were quite filling. I ate my dish and he brought half of his home. He was saving room for dessert. For dessert, he had galaktoboureko which is a custard filled pastry topped with simple syrup. He said it was good, but it would have been better if warmed. Or at least if the syrup was warm. We had very good service. If you like Greek food and are in the area, this is a good place to try. Large portions at reasonable prices.

I was visiting friends, and since her family is pretty big, this has become their go-to restaurant. She mentioned that the staff never hesitates when a large party walks in and always accommodates everyone without making it feel like an inconvenience. The dining room is one large, open space with tables throughout, creating a lively atmosphere. I absolutely loved it. It was filled with people enjoying incredible food, and you could tell this place was a local favorite. Of course, I had to start with one of their Greek beers, served in a traditional beer mug, which was the perfect way to kick off the meal. We also ordered the tzatziki and hummus sampler, and I'm so glad we did. The flavors were unbelievable, and they were incredibly generous with the warm pita bread. Honestly, I ate so much of the sampler that by the time it came to order my entrée, all I could manage was a piece of grilled chicken. Even then, I found myself dipping the chicken into the hummus and tzatziki because they were just that good. I left completely full, happy, and even had leftovers to take home. The staff was fantastic--everyone worked together seamlessly, helping one another and making sure every table was taken care of. It created such a welcoming atmosphere. Now, I had no idea when I walked in here that this was a chain. With over 25 franchisees across the country this business which started as a small shop in Nevada has become a leader in Mediterranean food. And don't dare call it fast food. It is good food. It is healthy food. It is delicious food. And if this franchise is indicative of what it is like in all of their locations, I will probably be visiting them when I am in their cities. I ordered the Greek salad with a chicken skewer and falafel because I wanted to taste a few things. I got a large salad because I was hungry. I could not finish it. It was too much for one and probably enough for two if they are not big eaters the chicken skewer was delicious with perfectly seasoned chicken which was cooked perfectly as well. It is so unusual to get skewers to taste this good and even more so in a restaurant that is not so fancy. By the way, when I say not so fancy because I ate and I was served on regular plates, not paper. The falafel was not the best I had but far from the worst. I prefer a bit more of the Middle Eastern flavors, but I found it very satisfying and happily ate it all. The greens, the olives, the hot peppers, everything in the salad was delicious. They did not overdress the salad, so it was not soggy like many ordered and The people that took the order were really nice and friendly, and they brought my food to me at the table. They have beverages which I enjoyed. I usually ate here at least twice a month or more for six years. And brought guests constantly . The food was always well prepared and at a reasonable price. The owner was always very friendly. BUT I will never again go back to Sofra after my experience last night. Last night I went with a couple of people that I had raved about this restaurant to. The owner, who certainly must've recognized me from the countless times I've eaten there in five years, barely grunted at me and the vibes I got from him were not very welcoming. He seemed really angry about something and was taking it out on his customers. There was only one other table that had customers and this was a Friday night. I found that really odd because other restaurants surrounding Sofra had lots of people sitting outside eating at their restaurants I ordered a falafel plate and others at our table ordered the İskender and another entrée. I practically passed out when I got the bill because I guess I didn't check the prices when I was ordering. The falafel plate, which was basically a spoonful of salad, a spoonful of rice, a few hard burned falafel, soup and a dribbling of tahini was $33. This is obscene. When this restaurant first opened they were charging for the same plate $15 and then they went to $25 after a few years which I thought was pretty high for the food we were getting but $33 is just plain greedy. I won't even do a review on the other two entrées because my party could barely eat them. I now see why there was nobody, literally nobody in this restaurant on a Friday night. And the owner, what happened to him? he used to be such a friendly guy and now he is just an angry man. The waitress never went back to check on us and refill our water after taking our order. Despite only two tables with customers in this restaurant. I read some of the reviews where owner says he hates the fucking country so why doesn't he just leave? There's plenty of really good Mediterranean restaurants that are not going to charge this kind of money for Mediterranean food. Even if the felafel was the best falafel I've ever eaten in my entire life - $33 is crazy. And it was not very good felafel - in fact all the food is mediocre. Where it once was amazing. So my suggestion to the owner is to lower his prices, improve the quality of his food and improve his attitude
