The breads are tasty enough by themselves. Now that linguini bologna was a pleasant surprise. Very flavorful, cooked to perfection and generous portion. Sauce so good I was cleaning the plate with a few breads I had left from the appetizer. Washed it all down with a refreshing and tasty home made lemonade. Service is top notch and they're very attentive and welcoming. I'd see this truck becoming a storefront in the future if they continue to put out delicious food combined with excellent service. The cheese had the right thickness but yet pull. The cachapa corn flavor was on point and even the crema was smooth and delicious. The Patacon was truly not too far behind. I ordered it with Chicken and it was moist and it also had a thick slice of cheese. With the Maduro style patacon it was the perfect sweet and salty combo that I love. Service was super quick and very friendly. They have plenty of seating. I would say the capacity is around 20 or so people and there was a line to sit. We fortunately got there before the line. Which just tells you they are doing something good here. Overall highly recommend Frank Cachapas and worth a drive to Doral to try it out.
