I came across this HVAC repair company when someone asked for recommendations on Nextdoor (Cary) and folks overwhelmingly suggested Shawn Rich and his company as being exemplary and reason ably priced. I didn't need anyone at that time but took note of the high praise and added him to my "contacts." Called him yesterday (Sunday), and he immediately picked up on my call. He came out this morning and repaired my A/C (simple fix). I simply cannot say enough about my likewise outstanding experience. Shawn was recommended to me by a friend in my neighborhood who will only use his services. My upstairs unit was not cooling and other companies were backed up and could only come days later. We literally could not sleep upstairs it was so hot. Shawn returned my call immediately and came that same day as he was in the area. Based on my friends confidence and trust in him, I let him know where my spare key was and he got my unit running for me while I was at work. Absolutely excellent service! Top notch, very knowledgeable, honest and very fairly priced! We called on afternoon with a faulty HVAC AC unit on Saturday and he was out of town til next evening. He came straight to the house at 7:30 pm, checked the units upstairs and outside, very quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the issues. He and his team came the next morning (Monday) at 7:30 am as he'd said and the job was done within a couple hours with a new unit outside and a repaired unit upstairs. This company is awesome! Our condenser starting making a nasty metal-on-metal noise - of course over the weekend - so I checked Nextdoor and found and contacted Shawn (owner).
