Did the pull test on the brisket and it responded perfectly. They even thru in a few burnt ends Ribs pulled from the bone easily and the finish was perfect. Coleslaw was just the way I like it, a little sweet and crisp. Beans were really good, they can be all over the place but these had the perfect finish of sweet and savory. I don't live very close to Tommy's but this will be my go to anytime to eat or bring a meal home.

Taste and flavors are hit and miss. The BBQ proteins tasted good, but if you are supposed to be watching your salt intake, then make sure your portion is limited and controlled.
