We got the small-size seafood paella which was served warm and quite delicious. They were served at room temperature from the display case in the window, and they weren't labeled clearly so we had to bite into each one to figure out which was which. To break everything down, they served pre-ceremony fruit waters. We had several meetings where she helped us plan our wedding from decor to timeline and so much more. I had a day-of coordinator but I do feel that Gina was my biggest support. She has been in the business for over 35 years and has helped with over 8,000 weddings so her guidance and experience was much appreciated. She even suggested some decor changes that honestly made everything look much more seamless. About 90% of our decor was done by elegant occasions and it was just so beautiful. Gina also made sure that my husband and I were well taken care of throughout the reception. All in all, the best decision we could have made was going with Elegant Occasions for our wedding.
