After having a bad experience at a salon a year ago (hot roots / hair disaster right before a family wedding), I have been gun shy to try a new salon. I bought a Groupon to try Shear Bella, and as if I didn't learn my lesson from the last time, I scheduled my appointment the day before family pictures. I read some of the bad reviews before going to my appointment and wondered what I might be in store for, but since I had waited until the last minute to get my hair done, I didn't have many other choices. And guess what? I had a wonderful experience and wasn't disappointed! Ayisha was very attentive and listened to my past mishaps. We also talked through and agreed on what I wanted this time. She made some nice suggestions, but also ensured my preferences were made a priority before we started. She was engaging and kept up conversation with me, but also didn't bother me while I waited for my color to process. The cut was precisely what I wanted and also exactly what I showed her in the pictures I brought with me. It was so nice to have a stylist who was interested in not only what I wanted, but also what was good for my hair. Ayisha was very friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. I got my pictures taken the next day and my hair looked great! The salon was clean and the staff was inviting. I can't speak for the other reviews, but my experience was positive and I wanted to give the salon and Ayisha a good review based on my encounter. I am very impressed with this salon. I have been to quite a few salons and i am very picky about my stylist. I walked in and was quite impressed with the beautiful decor, the salon was very clean and the receptionist was very prompt on greeting me. My stylist was running behind about 10 min which i was not pleased about however they did let me know and offered me a drink while i was waiting. MY stylist seemed very knowledgeable and up on her stuff, she gave me a few suggestions for my hair type and also recommended some products for my dry hair. Needless to say i absolutely love my new dew, and was very pleased with the attention i received while i was in the salon. I will be recommending this place to my neighbors as well as my sister who is also looking for a new salon. I'm sad to see the negative reviews below , as I have been going to Shear Bella salon for almost a year now . I always love going to get my hair done in an environment that is nice, clean, and relaxing . At shear Bella the girls are very good at what they do and you can tell they really enjoy working there. The J Beverly line they have been using on my hair has really brought my hair back to life , the color leaves it shiny and refreshed! Living in Colorado has made my hair very dry, and dull , but after using the their products such as the fragile shampoo and masque( recommended by my stylist) it has helped my hair to grow healthy and long. I couldn't ask for a better place to get my hair done ! I would definitely recommend this salon to my friends and family over any other salon!!:) read more

I bought the Groupon for the full highlight and cut. I was able to get in and see Bailey just 2 days later. In the meantime I looked at the reviews on here and almost backed out. I have long, (below bra strap) naturally blonde hair and get extremely nervous switching stylists. Especially after reading some of these reviews! Bailey did an excellent job. She put in natural looking highlights and texturizing to clean up the dead ends while leaving the length! I had recently read about brow tinting. With blonde eyebrows i need all the help i can get. She explained it and while she conditioned my hair she tinted my brows ($15). Rest at ease grouponers! I would highly recommend Bailey. I'll be back to see her at her regular price for brows, highlights and trims! read more

I have just moved to Parker and was looking for a new salon. I used to travel all the way across town for my haircut, and wanted to try out something local. Found this salon on Google and reviewed there website.I liked that they offered a variety of services for hair as well as massage,So I decided to give it a try. Typically I go to separate places for these services. The receptionist I talked to was very helpful in booking my appointment. I was pleasantly surprised with the upscale feel this salon has. My haircut was exactly what I asked for and I have since booked 2 other services. (Reviews to come) The only complaint I have is that the location was a bit hard to find. Very disappointed! I bought a Groupon and went in to see Nicole last week. Although the interior was gorgeous and everyone seemed friendly, my cut was terribly uneven and my highlights were nothing like what I had asked for. I had asked her for natural blonde highlights and left with awful chunks of white blonde. I had to go to another salon to have this botch job fixed. Also, The young girl that works at the front desk had to wash my hair out for the stylist and when I left I still had color in my hair. I will not be returning. read more

I have been going to this salon for over a year now! I am please EVERY TIME. I love how friendly the staff is and my stylist Nichole always does a fantastic job, i have very fine hair and it can be very difficult to style. each time i go in the front desk girls are very helpful and this salon Is very clean. I Really CANT say enough good things about this Amazing salon. The only suggestion I have is to book ahead its very very busy and Nichole is usually booked a few weeks out. Love this cute salon in south Parker. I have been comming here for over a year now, and have never been dissapointed. I recently decided to get extentions done, and let me tell you Nicole did and amazing job. The color is a perfect match, and I couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out. I had a great experience at Shear Bella. My stylist, Margie, listened to what I wanted and brought back life to my blah blonde color. The lowlights were perfect. I told her I wanted dimension in my blond without any ash or brassiness. She delivered just that and gave me a beautiful cut and style as well. I sent my teenage daughter in to Shear Bella for a color and cut as a present. Every stylist there was incredible. I was blown away by the color one girl did and the girl who took care of my daughter, Nichole, was superb. I've been to several salons with my wife before, but nothing else compares.
