The stylists greet everyone that comes in and seem to have warm relationships with their clients who range in age from early 20s to 70+. Mixed bag. When called for price of haircut was told $35 and up. What I wasn't told is that the price doesn't depend on the cut but the hairdresser as they are independent and set their own prices. Luckily after booking appointment my gut told me to contact the hairdresser to confirm price. She said $45. I explained what happened and she said she would charge $35. Cool. I arrive and found Yelp coupon for $5 and she wouldn't accept it. Not cool. The cut was fine however she didn't style it at the end. I would expect that at Great Clips or Supercuts not a "regular" salon. read more

I love this place! There is a stylist for every hair type! I've been coming here for years. I even moved away for 3 years and when I came back, I came straight here. The ambiance is so nice and everyone makes you feel so welcome. Adriann was my stylist then, and she's my stylist now. Everything I ever wanted to try with my hair, she was able to do beyond my expectations. Box braids, color, etc. She's swift, too. She doesn't keep you around for hours. She manages her time very well. And it was no problem when I decided to go natural. And don't let me get started on the shampooing. Mygawd... UhMAZING! This is my new place to get my hair done. After having a really awkward and super unprofessional hair cut from another local salon that completely butchered my hair, I called here. Terri answered and I explained what happened and how I was desperate to have it fixed. She was so sweet and understanding and scheduled me with Josie. Josie literally saved me from having to wear my hair in a bun for a while. She fixed my haircut, made it look so much better, and showed me how to style it. I was so happy with the cut and service I scheduled a color appointment for the next day. In general all of the ladies are so nice and friendly, they really make you feel comfortable. Took the risk to do my hair at this location on Christmas Eve, because Candice told me she would twist my hair the style I desired. She said my hair would last with the twist for two weeks but it lasted for only 20 hours! I have natural hair and it looked horrible when I woke up the morning after Christmas. Hands down some of the most amazing artists I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I came in looking a hot mess and came out absolutely happy with my cut and color. Josie was able to work through all the weird reds, purple, violets and blues I've had throughout the years and made me a gorgeous ash blonde. Omg! Josie saved my holiday! 2 days before Thanksgiving I had a horrible experience with another hairdresser. she turned my blond hair red. I was horrified! I called the and Lady put me right through to Josie he told me to be there in 15 minutes and she would see what she could do. I came in with my hoodie because I was so embarrassed. I explained to her what happened and even though she had plans to start her holiday early she knew I would have had a horrible holiday with my hair this way. I was made a priority and serviced beyond the what I needed and my hair looked fantastic. I've gone to many salons and the situation has always been less than pleasant for a price that was in my opinion far too much. They are priced fairly, can do hair of ALL TYPES and do it well. I've been coming to Terri for years and years now. I even would pay her a visit when I moved to Oregon to go to school. She also did my hair and my bridesmaids' for my wedding. I am African-American and Asian and just have my hair slightly relaxed to loosen the curl up a bit and make it a bit more manageable. I needed some lightening and a trim, some help to blend my grays, so I went blonder. It is the PERFECT blonde for me, she was able to pinpoint exactly what I wanted even though I am not good at articulating these things. She took her time and great care, explaining all the steps (something no one has ever done for me before) so I understood the process. She is thorough and mindful, working with skill and knowledge. I do not want to over-qualify this, but there is something magical that happened to my head that day. I felt like I was at a spa, not a rushed cut & color. I left not able to stop touching my hair and looking at myself (which is different for me). And even more to my surprise, there is virtually NO breakage that I can see. Zero crispy hair.
