We waited around when we were told they would be there at 4pm and they never showed up. We got a text 3 hours after the time we were told apologizing that they weren't able to get there but that they would try to be there the next morning depending on weather. We heard nothing from them for the next 3 days. I finally reached out again to double check if they would be coming the following week. And I got a response apologizing again for the delay but that we would be the priority the next morning. Now we are 5 days after that and I've been blocked on Facebook and my texts have been left completely on read. This is INCREDIBLY unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. The lack of communication alone is horrible, but the complete ghosting of a customer is so unprofessional.

Absolutely no response again. It's as if pool repair businesses aren't concerned about revenue, and can ignore the concept of gaining more of it, at least from me. It's looking more and more like a DIY but I'm highly disappointed in the work ethic of the pool repair business community in Saint Charles Missouri, thus far. Zero stars for lack of effort and communication. If you are too busy, say that. The one star was obligatory. Edit: Instead of an apology or trying to rectify the situation, Dave at Odyssey Pool decided to leave a disparaging comment. The review is for those customers looking for work to be done, and if a business can't be bothered to treat their potential customers like they matter, then the public should be made aware. Do better.
