Love to support small businesses, especially black owned ones!!! This sandwich was a lot bigger than I expected it to be! Great flavor and taste, bread wasn't too soggy from the weight of the contents. My son greatly enjoyed the wrap. There wasn't enough bacon in my opinion, but over all I would recommend and return. Would love to try more items on the list

I got the immunity drink which was tasty. I would go back again. Its close to the Hyatt we stayed at. I would recommend this place.

We had previously visited the Fort Lauderdale location and had a great experience, so we came in with high expectations. Unfortunately, this visit was very different. The food took way too long to arrive and came out at different times, so we were not able to eat together. When my son's plate finally arrived, we had to send it back and have it remade because there was a hair in the food. I understand that mistakes can happen, but combined with everything else, it made the experience unacceptable. The food quality was also disappointing. The acai bowl was extremely sweet, even though I specifically requested it without honey. The Benedicts were supposed to come with thick-cut bacon, but the bacon was thin and overcooked/burnt, which was not what we expected. The coffee arrived with the entire cup covered in spilled coffee, the service was very slow, and the overall attention was disappointing. On top of that, considering how hot it is outside, there are no fans available, and customers are not allowed to sit inside, making the wait even more uncomfortable. We expected much better, especially after our positive experience at the Fort Lauderdale location. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the standards we were hoping for and we would not return.

Brunch at Cafe Americano was a mix of amazing highlights and a couple of more basic items, but…read moreoverall still a nice experience. The standout of the entire meal was the tres leches French toast an absolute 10/10. It was rich, perfectly sweet, and honestly one of the best brunch items I've had. The seasonal fruit platter was also a 10/10 so fresh and beautifully presented with honeydew, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, and a side of blueberry yogurt that tied everything together perfectly. The breakfast burrito, however, was more of a 5/10 very basic and didn't stand out compared to the other dishes we tried. Overall, the experience was still enjoyable, especially because of the incredible French toast and fresh fruit platter. I'd definitely come back for those alone, but I'd probably explore different savory options next time.

I had double smash burger, and honestly one of the best burgers I had in a while, the bun is buttery soft, it stays in place, doesn't fall apart, and just melts in your mouth.

I knew when I saw the 4.3 Yelp rating and hundreds of great reviews, this was the place !! And it…read moresure lived up to its expectations... actually, it surpassed them! The hardest part about dining here was deciding what I wanted to order. I could have ordered the entire menu it looked so good! Helpful tip... check out the menu and know what you're going to order before you get in line. Otherwise you're going to be pressured to order at the front of the line. When you walk in, you place your order and pay for it and take a table number. You need to find your own table. Our service was pretty quick, despite how busy the restaurant was. My cold brew was very good and a nice start to the meal. Our guacamole came next and it was nicely styled with pomegranate, cheese and cilantro on top. Yum! The real star of the show for me was this unassuming looking House Club Sandwich that was to die for. Seriously ... it was so good. I ordered mine without the ham, and it was divine! I wish i lived closer. I'm already dreaming of coming back. My son ordered some kind of short rib/beef burrito and it disappeared so quickly I didn't even get to snap a photo. This is a perfect spot to enjoy a great meal, I highly recommend it. One thing I can say is that it's on the pricey side. $113 lunch for 2 added up super fast but it was well worth it. I'll be dreaming of that sandwich til my next visit!

I ordered the mahi mahi tacos, and while they tasted ok, the portion size felt pretty small for the price. Overall, it came across as a bit overpriced for what you get. The service style is more casual and self-directed. You order and pay at the register, get a number, and then find your own seat while they bring the food out to you. Water is self-serve, and once you're done with your meal, you just head out. There's minimal interaction with staff, which might appeal to people who prefer a more low-key, independent dining experience or want a place to sit and work without being interrupted. That said, the service did not feel very friendly or welcoming. And personally, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed.
