I understand that mistakes can happen, but combined with everything else, it made the experience unacceptable. The food quality was also disappointing. The acai bowl was extremely sweet, even though I specifically requested it without honey. The Benedicts were supposed to come with thick-cut bacon, but the bacon was thin and overcooked/burnt, which was not what we expected. The coffee arrived with the entire cup covered in spilled coffee, the service was very slow, and the overall attention was disappointing. On top of that, considering how hot it is outside, there are no fans available, and customers are not allowed to sit inside, making the wait even more uncomfortable. We expected much better, especially after our positive experience at the Fort Lauderdale location. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the standards we were hoping for and we would not return.
