We have had an *inexcusable* experience at the Sheehys Collision Center. We hit a deer while driving through beginning of July, took it there to get it fixed, and while our car was in their care, one of their employees HIT it. 11,000 dollars worth of damage. They were not very kind either when handling the situation. Pretty rude for a business that just hit someone else's car!!! Pictures below for proof. And in addition to them doing this, they wouldn't deliver the car to us!! Said it would cost them too much. We should've had our car back weeks ago but because of an employees error that was not possible. Be careful who you trust with your car! 0/10 experience, pick someplace else! read more

Minor collision repair of a brand new 2025 Subaru Forrester - car was rearended while sitting still in traffic. While the damage was minimal - car was two months old so wanted it repaired completely. Adam and the team at Sheehy Collision did a fantastic job. Dropped it first thing Monday Morning and picked up Friday afternoon. Enterprise Rental was just down the street so great support all around. When I picked up the car - they had completely washed/detailed the vehicle. My car has been repainted, bumper color no longer matches the rest of the car. I can see it every time I walk past it. Not even my fault I had to come here. And to add, before they even did any work on my car, they called me to ask where my car was and what color it was. Ha! That's when I should have hired another tow truck to come get it to take it elsewhere. read more

I recently took my older Subaru Outback to the Collision Department to fix the latch, perform a cosmetic repair, and hopefully address a minor drip when the hatch was open. The estimator, April emailed me a quote that was acceptable and so I proceeded with the repair. The car was repaired in the time window promised and unexpectedly, the final bill was significantly less than the quote! How often does that happen? In addition, the car was returned washed and the interior detailed. This is one of the most positive experiences I've had with Sheehy and I hope they can maintain this level of customer satisfaction. Beautiful facility but it doesn't mean they can match color. I made a big deal about needing a good color match from the first phone call and the salesperson seemed engaged and I was assured they'd take extra care, but what I got makes it obvious the bumper has been replaced. Looking for someplace else to hopefully do a better job so I won't be reminded the thing was repaired every time I look at it. They continue to use the pic I originally posted for their cover because apparently they think it looks good. read more

I recently purchased a Subaru from Carvana that needed some repairs done so they sent me here. They checked over the car and Kristi was very descriptive and overall very friendly when explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done to the roof of the car. Our car was there for a whole week and the repair came out great expect for a small super minor mistake with the molding that they gladly fixed and apologized for. Kristi went into detail and showed us was was repaired and etc. I would like to give a shout out to Kristi for great customer service she gave us. The staff as well were very friendly and helpful. I initially visited this business for an assessment on my car for hail damage. I went in one of the girls that works in the office came our, looked at my car and took some pictures and then gave me an estimate for about $111 to get my car fixed. I have a $500 deductible on my insurance so I called her back and said I could just pay out-of-pocket for that since it's only $111. She proceeds to tell me the actual price the person who deals with hail damage it is the one that actually has to look at it. He has an odd schedule. I called back to see what his hours and days were to come back and the girl who answered the phone said I'll give you his number and you can call him. I don't feel that it's my job to contact a second party to come fix my car. I called back another day and spoke to a different girl who said that she would contact him and then call me back. It has been two weeks now and I still have not heard anything from them. I felt as though I was getting the runaround. Therefore, I will not be giving them my business. read more
