Well to be honest, I have been let down plenty of times by past recommendations. Therefore, a very skeptical me, decided to hire them to cater a party. Well, my skepticism was quickly laid to rest. Their tacos were not good, which would be an understatement, they were great! In fact, if you were in Mexico, you would have to seek out a place that makes tacos as good as these people. In other words, they are even better than your average place in Mexico. Which says a whole lot! When I was making arrangements they gave me list of taco fillings (asada, al pastor, adobada de puerco and pollo, barbacoa,al vapor, chorizo) to choose from. Believe me it was a difficult choice. But in the end I chose the al pastor and steak options. They charge per person. Their meal options also include two types of salsa, grilled and fresh cut onions, grilled peppers, rice, beans, and cheese for quesadillas. Everything was excellent. Now they do have a 30 person minimum which they calculated to turn a reasonable earning profit margin. Otherwise, they are losing time and money.
