A little dry in the center of the rolls since it was just cheese and there wasn't enough bolognese sauce to even out the dryness of the rolled noodle and cheese. The volcano shrimp was great. Crispy exterior, good amount and flavor of sauce, and you get a good amount of them. The asparagus however? I paid $6 for THREE asparagus... they were the size of thick expo markers... which might make it sound like an okay price but they were soft and mushy at the top and woody at the bottom... and they were bitter. The best thing I had? It was the 2" section of crusty baguette and the shrimp. The service was good though. I didn't sit in and eat but I was taken care of quickly and my food was ready to go.

If I could rate this zero stars I would…read more Let's start with the Food. My wife and I decided to go to this diner when we were in Kuttawa KY. We hadn't eaten out for a while so we seen this place and thought it looked cute so we walked over from Pilot (across the street) and sat down to order our food. I had to repeat my order 4 times and the "waitress" still wasn't getting it. Simple order "ribeye and shrimp dinner" comes with 2 sides but don't order the onion rings because even though it's on the "sides menu" they charged me $2 extra for the small helping that I received. She looked and asked if we wanted to split the dinner and I said "no want 2 of the ribeye dinners with the 2 sides" she looked puzzled and said "ooohhhh so you want the shrimp basket and a ribeye? I repeated what I wanted 3 more times and each time she looked like a lost deer in the headlights. I showed her the picture on the menu (thank God for pictures because like a two year-old she would not have understood what I wanted without the pictures) the food had ZERO FLAVOUR...after we doused it with salt and pepper it was tolerable at best. The meal was $22 a plate but not worth half what they were charging. Now let's get to the second half of this review The Service As I stated earlier in this review, this girl was not quite all there, she brought me the bill 1/2 way through us eating the meal, said "you can take care of this anytime" but proceeded to come back multiple times like she was waiting for us to pay. Mind you it was not even 5:00 pm yet. And the only reason that I wanted to speak with a manager was the question about the onion rings. Rude unprofessional uninformed staff, probably cracked out, meth heads that couldn't stop twitching for their next fix. The cook kept sliding his jaw like meth heads do when they are high. I almost forgot to mention that the ribeye steak tasted fishy so I'm not sure what that was all about.
