I like this crew for many reasons. Quality service. I drop it off and they get it done when promised. I can trust higher quality pieces of attire to them knowing I'll get it back looking great. I once accidentally gave them a very badly stained t-shirt that I had planned to use as a rag but it somehow ended up in my laundry bag. The returned it to me looking beautiful and removed stains out of that thing I didn't ever think would come out. Honesty. I once left $20 in a pair of pants and got it back. I would never have even known it was gone. Prompt Service. They get it done quickly. I'm always asked when I'd like my stuff back. I'm typically in no hurry so I just tell them whenever. On those occasions when I do need it quickly they've gotten it done within a day. I do have to ding em one star - The yearly coupon. Every year you have the opportunity buy a discount coupon good for a year. It goes in the handy little tag holder on my laundry bag. You have to have it to receive the discount. That's a problem if you have more than one dry cleaning bag as I'll often drop off one bag and then fill the other over the next week or so at home. So I more or less get my discount when I bring the right laundry bag. The other times - no discount. It could probably be entered in the computer under my name or tracked some other way. Honest mistake but her response made me not want to continue business. But since my mom lives a stone's throw away she wanted it done here, even after I told her that the lady was a " female dog " in character and I didn't want to deal with her. I respected her decision and left them with her coat. Well when she got it back the lining was ripped. When I took it back she asked to see the rips, hung it up, unbuttoned it and looked at the damage as she proceeded to ask me what my mom was trying to do, get it repaired? But before I could respond she said " we don't do repairs here ". In short my mom was S.O.L.. She said they used to but they don't anymore. Showing me another gentleman's jacket she explained to me how he was not going to be able to get it cleaned because he already had tears in the lining. At first I thought that was irrelevant to me but I soon realized she was saying she wouldn't be doing anything about it.
