It was discovered that when the oil was changed which was at Pepe's Service Station just before leaving CT that they had left the oil cap off. Contacted Pepe's and was told by owner that he would reimburse me for oil change and dealership charges. This was in December and still no reimbursement and no reply to my follow up email inquiring about my reimbursement, which should have also included a hotel stay. Why say you're going to reimburse me if you don't plan to keep your word?

I don't expect a car to be bone dry when it comes out of this type of wash. However, when the machine is pouring water out while it blows air, it's pretty pointless. The side windows never come out dry. The air nozzles are aimed wrong or something. Also, the amount of cleaning product that's dispensed from the machine, is about a quarter of what's dispensed at other automatic washes. I won't be back and I suggest you look elsewhere also. The attendant said for me to go out, press the black button, and wait. So I did and he turned off the pump. I went back in after waiting a while, and he said he turned on the air for me. I said, no, it was on, I put $1 in, and he he turned it off. I explained again I needed help. He told me how to hold it to the tire to make air go in, and I said, "I know, but it's not working, is there anyone who can help?" He said, "why are you being so annoying right now," and my jaw dropped and I said, "that's very rude." He said, "I don't care, it's true. You're annoying. Get the fuck out."

The work consisted of a couple of things but the line was ridiculous. In addition, Mr. Jordan Hellomns was excellent. He found my parts and even though it took long to get serviced, i was able to get everything done to my satisfaction. He's an excellent worker who goes above and beyond.
