It was discovered that when the oil was changed which was at Pepe's Service Station just before leaving CT that they had left the oil cap off. Contacted Pepe's and was told by owner that he would reimburse me for oil change and dealership charges. This was in December and still no reimbursement and no reply to my follow up email inquiring about my reimbursement, which should have also included a hotel stay. Why say you're going to reimburse me if you don't plan to keep your word?

The attendant said for me to go out, press the black button, and wait. So I did and he turned off the pump. I went back in after waiting a while, and he said he turned on the air for me. I said, no, it was on, I put $1 in, and he he turned it off. I explained again I needed help. He told me how to hold it to the tire to make air go in, and I said, "I know, but it's not working, is there anyone who can help?" Despite the size it is a full on truck stop with showers and game rooms for the drivers. Of course snacks and sodas are available. Hot to grab food as well. There's also a section with stuff that drivers or travelers may need as well. There was a starbucks, popeyes and subway for food that was attached to the store portion. Plenty of parking for cars and trucks.

The work consisted of a couple of things but the line was ridiculous. In addition, Mr. Jordan Hellomns was excellent. He found my parts and even though it took long to get serviced, i was able to get everything done to my satisfaction. He's an excellent worker who goes above and beyond.
