It's usually the same person, a middle-aged Hispanic gentleman as another reviewer mentioned, and during this past winter, he reattached at no charge the plastic part of my undercarriage at the front of my car because half of it was hanging off after I drove through a street that wasn't plowed very well. He doesn't reset the "maintenance required" service light, but that's easy enough to do on my own.
