I have complained several times that particularly the flavored tea is basically water. Also, they literally have at least eight urns, and they clean them all at once. I have spoken to several of the kids that work here and even the assistant manager today and they just shrug their shoulders and say it's easier for them that way. Clearly they don't understand that maybe you should do something that benefits the customer. How hard can it be to clean half of them and then the other half so that tea is available at any time. Its 2022, you can GFYS if you want me to go inside to pay for gas with a CC. Bathrooms are hazmat areas. Pump input controls need an update for being a Southlake location. Car wash is equally terrible, insanely overpriced for the low quality wash, and the driers dont do a good job. The entire time the driers are going, the nozzles are still draining heavily, so you end up with a bunch of water left on your car. And since the water used is so hard, if you dont bring a towel and finish the job yourself, your car ends up looking worse than it started due to all the water spots. I could buy a few bottles of water and hire a homeless person to wash my car for cheaper and better. Hell, the last time I went, the wash just shut off completely after probably a minute.
