I knew I needed about 11 gallons of gas in my tank to fill it, but when the meter ran over 11 gallons, I knew something was wrong. I started hearing liquid flowing on the other side of the fill station. I took the nozzle out of my tank, put it back on the hook, and then ran the other side of the fuel station. There was literally gasoline leaking out of the nozzle on the other side and flowing onto the ground. The cashier and the owner came out and when I explained what it happened, the owner mentioned some BS about a "cyber attack". I then explained to him that I only needed about 11 gallons and not the 15 gallons the readout said and he accused me of lying with "I doubt that" ; my tank had about a quarter left before I filled it up. Himself and the cashier went back inside, and I stood by my car in shock. After pulling up the capacity of my gas tank online to show it to him along with the photo I took of the read out on the station to compare, I went back inside to try to get refunded For the 4 gallons of gas that leaked on the other side. When he came out of his office to talk to me, he pretty much told me that nothing he can say will make me happy and that I just need to leave and complain to corporate. He told me that there was a number at the pump, but there was nothing. I'm not sure what a cyber attack has to do with faulty gas pumping mechanisms at your station. Don't be deceived by the cheaper prices of the stuff, go somewhere else.

Brand new card readers that now supports the chip cards which is great because the old readers only read the magnetic strip on the back of the card, which for me does not always read. So thats a plus. Station is quite clean, no trash or other debris cluttering station. Downside was out of hand sanitizer which was a big disappointment after using the pump. Amenities: Small store inside. Limited products compared to larger Chevron locations. Has the basics one can expect. Overall: A clean and safe gas station with a very easy location to get to. Downside is that cleaning supplies are out after using the game pumps.

The gas prices are not the lowest among local Chevrons, that honor probably is with Ducky's Chevron near Danville Costco. Reasons why I keep coming to this branch: 1. Its owned by the Cox Family, so extra level of cleanliness. Sanitizer stations and plastic gloves/mitts located next to dispensers should you need them. 2. Only one unisex bathroom but its spacious and super clean. Well stocked, maintained throughout the day, and comes with soft tunes. Probably as clean as the subway stations in Tokyo or Seoul, which are next-level. 3. Organic, Carmel Valley Roast coffee. I personally like the Foglifter. 4. Huge store for snacks and supplies. When done right and properly maintained, touch washes are the only way to get your car clean. This one (touchy-type) is nice because you pull in and stop and then the machines move around the car. But honestly, it does a good enough job for $10-12 that I don't do any of the manual stuff.

She addressed me angrily in the presence of other customers. I explained to her my car did not get washed and I had already paid for it the first time. She refused any further assistance. So I ended up paying twice to have my car washed because of an issue with their machine? I have been washing my car at this service center for years. But it now has a new owner and a new car wash and, they are not friendly or helpful!
