Pretty straightforward, right? Wrong. From there, it was a nightmare: * They refused to return her calls. She was the actual owner of the car, yet they completely ignored her and would only speak to me. * They dragged the repair out over three full days while dodging updates. * When they finally claimed it was just a loose wire, they quoted us over $500, apparently because they charge $250/hr just to "diagnose." * When we picked the car up, the passenger side window no longer worked, even though it was fine before. And the worst part? When we confronted Shawn (the owner) about all of this, he laughed in our faces, interrupted us, and treated us like we were the problem. When my girlfriend left, they actually called her a "f**ing b****." I confronted Shawn, and he admitted it--but said he was talking about her and not me. As if that somehow makes it okay. This wasn't just bad service. This was open disrespect. The way they dismissed and insulted my girlfriend made it clear they were trying to take advantage of her because she's a woman.
