When done right and properly maintained, touch washes are the only way to get your car clean. This one (touchy-type) is nice because you pull in and stop and then the machines move around the car. It does a great job of washing and a good job of drying. There is a manual pre-wash if you like as well as towels for hand drying afterward if you want. But honestly, it does a good enough job for $10-12 that I don't do any of the manual stuff.

There was no way to tell what to do when approaching the wash like as other car washes that say "stop, etc". I went back and explained the issue to the same cashier but I was told I had to pay again to use the car wash because she already gave me a free service. She addressed me angrily in the presence of other customers. I explained to her my car did not get washed and I had already paid for it the first time. She refused any further assistance. So I ended up paying twice to have my car washed because of an issue with their machine? I have been washing my car at this service center for years. But it now has a new owner and a new car wash and, they are not friendly or helpful!

Everytime I go here this man comes out and does a lap while I am pumping gas. He doesn't ask if I need help or anything. He is literally going outside to stare at me. I don't have a ghetto car. My car is always clean. It is only two years old. I come after work so my clothes aren't ghetto looking either. This is a nice area but this is not a nice gas station. No one comes here and I do love it how there are always plenty of pumps open. There are buckets of plain water if you want to try and wipe down your windows. The actual pumps you use to get the gas are very easy to use. When you go inside to talk to the person inside, they don't notice you because they're watching the cameras. The location of this gas station is nice. It is right by the 680. The problem is, there are six other gas stations all in this same area if you want to count the two stations a bit further down the same street. Rumor is Costco is even building a huge station too. There are much nicer and safer gas stations that are more brightly lit than this one.

We were shocked as we knew we didn't move the car while inside of it (we washed our car multiple times here and we know how a carwash works). He made us go through the carwash again and the customers in front of us weren't getting any water for the rinse and they left with the car covered in soap. We also came out with our car covered in soap, again. When we entered the second time, the guy even came out to check that we used the carwash properly, without even realizing that the car in front of us that passed near him was going out with soap foam everywhere. Not going here ever again, their gas prices are high and now we know that the carwash and customer service are terrible. I heard bad things about the service at this place but I kept going. Not anymore. A note to the owners: having people working there who cannot communicate well or understand well what the customers are saying is highly dangerous, considering this is a gas station. I wouldn't want to find myself in an urgent situation here, or a situation where I need help. Also, time to change your business name here from Texaco to Chevron, if you care about any customer left.
