When I went to start it on Sunday, it was having issues. I called AAA and had it towed to the dealer service since it's a brand new car under warranty. Well, guess what--my gas was contaminated. Now my car requires major repairs through my insurance. And you know what else this made me realize? This could be the reason I had to buy a new car in the first place. I had been going to this same gas station with my previous car and started having issues around March 2025--puttering, stalling, and shutting off. I took it back and forth to the mechanic, but they never thought to check the fuel, even after replacing the fuel pump, and the problems continued. Why? Probably because I kept filling up here without knowing the gas was bad. It became dangerous to drive, so I ended up buying another car in July 2025. And now this car is damaged too. So this is a warning to everyone: if you're having fuel-related issues, have your gas checked, and I would avoid this station. I started doing research and wish I had thought to look into this sooner--it might have saved me. There are multiple public reports of bad or contaminated fuel at this location dating back to late September 2022. I am so mad. I've reported this to all the appropriate resources in hopes of preventing this from happening to others.

We were shocked as we knew we didn't move the car while inside of it (we washed our car multiple times here and we know how a carwash works). He made us go through the carwash again and the customers in front of us weren't getting any water for the rinse and they left with the car covered in soap. We also came out with our car covered in soap, again. When we entered the second time, the guy even came out to check that we used the carwash properly, without even realizing that the car in front of us that passed near him was going out with soap foam everywhere. Not going here ever again, their gas prices are high and now we know that the carwash and customer service are terrible. I heard bad things about the service at this place but I kept going. Not anymore. A note to the owners: having people working there who cannot communicate well or understand well what the customers are saying is highly dangerous, considering this is a gas station. I wouldn't want to find myself in an urgent situation here, or a situation where I need help. What's frustrating about this place is the car wash, specifically if you have the Chevron Car Wash subscription. It doesn't work here! I submit my feedback to the cashier and all they do is refer me to the Danville location which is about 10 minutes away, 20+ if it's mid day in that traffic because of construction. I like this location and I want to continue to support them, but when I pay 30+ for a car wash subscription, I want it to work at the location that's closest to me.
